Spudshed Morley

Dear Spud shed Team,
Had the most horrendous experience yesterday afternoon! I went in bought some stuff had a lovely chat with one of the employees at the register. Realised that I needed a trolley, so I went back into the store grabbed a trolley. Realised that I had to go back
around so I tried to back it up through the gates as I
was in a hurry. An employee named Mohamed approached me and said I couldn’t go that way so I’ve walked around to the register. Went back through the same lovely person that served me the first time. Said is it ok if I go through you just served me and I paid, meanwhile Mohamed is staring at me and making me feel very uncomfortable. The lovely gentleman at the register said yes of course have a lovely day. I’ve the walked across to red dot to buy some things and Mohamed stopped me and said that I stole stuff. I proceed to tell him I haven’t. I then show proof of purchase and he continues to make me feel like I’m a criminal. He walks away then comes back with his co worker Ann- Marie and the two of them are now yelling at me staying I’ve stollen stuff. When I show them proof of purchase again. They now realise that I haven’t stolen anything but continue to make me feel uncomfortable and humiliated. When I asked them to apologise they refused to and said that I dressed and looked suspicious.

Ann-Marie and Muhammad are two of the most horrible people I’ve ever met. Not only Will I not be shopping here again but the two have make me so anxious to shop anywhere ever again.

Check your receipt before leaving this store.
Friday (18/8), I purchased 6 items at 99c each, on checking my receipt I had been charged for 7 of these items. Attempting to contact the store, left a message as no answer on phone. Also sent message through their app.
No response to msg's, no resolution.
I'll be shopping at MCQ Coventry Village in the future. If I want anything from Spudshed I'll be going to Midland.

Update: absolutely no response from any messages left, terrible customer service from Morley Spudshed.

Overpriced garbage food with minimal staff at checkouts. 50 + people waiting with 2 checkouts. You’ve become a joke Galati.

Lines are ridiculous long all the time, should defo have a 5 items or less line. Only 4 out of the 12 tills being used

They have heaps of fresh veggies and fruits selling at competitive prices. It is one of my favourite shopping places in Morley. I will drop by almost every Saturday.  I always check their online catalogue for their weekly specials and usually find a few bargains. The 24/7 hours are really convenient for some people.

Good place for 24 hour shopping as you can get anything you require when ever you want it and by shooping early hours you can avoid and danger of getting exposed to the virus. This is still a great place to shop early morning and it seems that the quality of their fruit has risen during the pandemic.
Visited there for the first time in 3 months as I was out of the country and I was amazed just how much the price of everything had gone up but it is still far cheaper that the other big supermarkets.
I continue to shop at this place because things like most groceries are much cheaper here and the shelves are always full.
Did my normal visit to Spudshed again this morning and the specials keep coming. This is a great place to shop. Maybe there are not as many varieties to choose but the price is always right.
Just done another successful shop at Spudshed. The specials are really cheap as you walk inside the store and there are some amazing lines in there.

11am on a Thursday. Not exactly rush hour but there should have been more than 2 checkouts going, and when you are back in the queue, you can't even tell how many are open because no checkouts are lit to indicate. Oh and watchout for the occasional over charge.

A good selection of meat packs, pizzas etc ideal for summer barbecues and get togethers at prices to reduce the financial pain.

I like the store with all special's and fresh veggies. You can find most of the brands but not all. Very competitive price with big grocery shops. The problem that I had few times is about check out, staff don't help much to bag the shopping, the same as ALDI. Also many times had mistake on my bill and got over charged, but every time talked to manager and got refund. Hopefully improve their system and train their staff to solve the checkout problems.

The entrance you get made to heard like sheep through the vegetable section. No good if you just want to get bread have a bad knee. Also the line to get out of the place is terrible. They never have enough people on the check outs.

Fresh stuff can be hit and miss - make sure you take a good look at what you are buying. Good deals can be had here though

Fruit and veggies lack the freshness of other spudsheds and some products are missing and incomplete.

Shopped at Spudshed Morley this morning and this is the 2nd time in 3 weeks I have been overcharged for products I don't have in my shopping trolley. 1st time was a double scan for toilet paper costing me $10. Couldn't be bothered driving all the way back to the store to correct the mistake. 2nd time this morning, overcharged for 2 punnets of strawberries by a whopping $5. This is getting beyond a joke. I'm just 1 customer in the space of 3 weeks. Imagine how many other people are being overcharged. Was served by Denise on the 2nd occassion.

I agree with other reviews, this store is becoming run down and the fruit and veg produce is often found to be mouldy on the shelf. Please improve and no I won't be shopping here again.

Great place to go if it's 3am and your cooked. The fruit and veg never seem that fresh, I know alot of it is frozen and thawed for sale (even the fruit but Coles and Woolworths do this as well)

I truly appreciate the affordability but in comparison to other Spudsheds around WA this is one of the most run down stores. The fruit and vegetables are not very well presented and some of the products on displays are already mouldy. Don’t get me wrong, when the quality is good, it’s really good. But lately the store has dropped in quality, theres always long queues at the checkouts and the overall positive experience no longer exists. I hope the store could improve and become as good as the Joondalup or Ellenbrook stores in terms of product quality and display.

Lovely checkout operator. They lines were very long to get to a checkout. The shop is a mess, but cheap as chips.

Not as nice as some of the other spudsheds. It feels dark and gloomy kinda like a cave. But it is nice having 24hr options, so you can get some late night desert's.

Friendly staff, organised and clean store, and great deals. They regularly have heavily discounted meats too which is great for our carnivorous family.
