Spudshed Kelmscott reviews
39Had a great time got everything I needed.it was cool and comfortable to walk around.the staff were polite and easy to talk to.
A typical busy and bustling grocery, meat and convenience store. Good location immediately off the Albany Hwy and a short walk from both the bus and train transport. Enough room for wheel chairs. Helpful staff and a wide selection of general goods
I love shopping at the spudshed for the prices and different stocks each week. However i can't give them a 4 star. My reasoning behind this is the rude and unproffessional cashier staff i have to endure to complete my transactions, I think they would benefit from a customer service training course. And maybe one for manners too.
My family will never shop there again, the food might be in date but it has been off when we open the package on more than one occasion, they never answer the phone, I'm surprised that they are aloud to sell some of the meat
Good staff good range can do comolete shop as long as you dont brand shop - fruit not always top quality at Kelmscott
Great variety of supermarket groceries and dry goods, with a focus on Western Australian produce, you pay less for fresh fruit and veg but it is often compromised on flavour. Great variety of WA grown meat, cheese and milk and excellent prices.fresh bread, good range of gluten free. A great range of bulk frozen foods, making catering inexpensive and easy. Open every hour of every day, always good trolleys and close parking. 5min walk to Kelmscott train and bus station.
Our go to place for veggies, meat, milk and cheese. Fruit is so-so, but cheap. Best for frequent small shops as fruit and veggies are super, therefore tastier than the big supermarkets, but go off quicker. They have added a nice selection of whole fish. Overall, a good way to cut the grocery bill while increasing your fresh veggie intake.
I go here often and the staff are always friendly and helpful. There is no salesman pressure and l can walk around leisurely. I could do with a seat somewhere to sit on occasionally. Sometimes though l have noticed that on Wednesday that put up the prices of thing so they even out the 5 per cent off.
I love Spudshed but one major item on my shopping list was large potatoes and they were all small. I need large ones for my stuffed spud recipe
A lot of the produce was really old and soft definitely not the spudshed I remember. Disappointed with quality that's for sure
Staff where great. I left my daughter's iPod on the fish freezer but when I went back to get it someone had taken it but didn't hand it in the staff where very helpful. Just a bad customer.
Best prices for fruit & veg and meat is good value. The bottled water is the best hands down and price unbeatable.
Standard of fruit and veg not all that good. Good choice of meat which I have found to be of good quality.
Not the same as it once was not as much variety, meat of a poor quality this i know as i am a butcher by trade, not some person who hasnt done a trade who spudshed employs
Spudshed is awesome. Cheap. Quality. Availability. Great Western Australian business. Many many thumbs up.
Lots of everything. Don't let the low prices make you buy more, fresh produce doesn't stay fresh as long as the big chains. Aim to use within 24-48 hrs otherwise inspect thoroughly.
Good range of meats, again use within a day or 2 unless it's a large cut that's vacuum sealed.
Fruit and veg shop with a selection of other groceries such as fish.decent parking but the drive way is a bit odd to get into. The train station is near by too. Its open 24 hours a day apparently, but I haven't tested them on that. Recommended.
Theiving basteds had mangos for 2 for $3 and changed my $2.50 each that criminal will be telling everyone
