Spotlight Midland

Unfortunately they rarely have what I need on the shelf, despite my checking online before coming down that the items are in stock at this store. They don't take do rain checks on sale items, even if online they say it's in stock, and it isn't when you arrive at the store. Staff rarely know where to find things and I've been sent on several wild goose chases around the store. There are also very few trolleys available, which makes shopping with a toddler even more difficult. I won't be bothering with this branch in future.

Wow. There is nothing more to say. Staff are helpful and friendly. But the selection is massive!

I was quite pleased with my visit, but was very dissapointed at prices for lace. Always a place to spend lots.

Absolutely spacious. No staff would ask may I help you? Even if they see me reaching high up as short as I am. Lovely store with all that spotlight has to offer.

Love spotlight. Staff at this shop are helpful. Always good amount of stock and clearance. Maybe need more wadding but all good and price as always excellent.

This Spotlight has quite a good range of most things, staff are usually polite and helpful. They also tend to have good deals and specials on things like manchester and craft items, worth a look!

I do love going here for all my crafting goods, i use to go to the Cannington spotlight but i went to midland and the shop was great and close to the spud shed so can kill two birds with one stone

Helpful staff who are also knowledgeable. Got some good bargains which were also excellent quality. I really like their rose- gold cooking pans and had to fight myself to not buy what I didn't need!
But still thinking about them.

You can just about anything party/fabric /craft related but it is Not cheap, more about the convenience of having almost everything you need together.

Love spotlight but always long queues to pay. Staff are helpful if you get one that is clued up on their product knowledge

that the customers use for themselves ~ I really think there a need for a few more machines, with signs clearly displayed!

Seriously, who doesn't love getting lost inside Spotlight, being distracted by all the great things to look at, haha.

Love the products at Spotlight, but sadly have to say I found the staff at this branch to be most unhelpful. If you're job is to be on the floor to assist customers, then maybe at least try to help, instead of putting all the pressure on the counter staff who are already trying to deal with a long queue and don't need the extra pressure of doing your job because you are too lazy. I rang the Cannington branch and got amazing service from their floor staff who not only found the product that I was looking for, but phoned me back to tell me they had it and held it for me until I got there (which the floor staff at Midland told me they can't do). My advice - avoid Midland and shop at the Cannington store instead!

The inside is very disorienting and bright, it's also laid out to confuse you. Overall they stock a lot of useful things and I'd recommend this place for their products.

I live in the country and on Saturdays I travel to Midland especially to go to Spotlight

Found all the items that are wanted by ourselves) Cannington staff couldn't find our VIP card details, but the staff in Midland found it in under 3 minutes, so we also got the VIP discount. Thanks to the helpful checkout operator!

Bad customer service, asked a few different attendants for help and they were all very rude and unhelpful except for one. Go to a different store if you can.

Lots of kitchen, living room and other house items, lots of random bits and pieces too. However, everything had a much higher price than seen elsewhere. Much less arts and crafts items present than expected.

I went to buy some beautiful dinner plates. Each was costing $10.49 but they had some specials and I only ended paying around $6 for each.
