32Just love spot light lots of goodies, wool materials etc. Just lately they don't have much because of the covid19.
Everything one requires for diy arts, crafts, sewing, materials, Manchester, haberdashery, embellishments, cookware, crafty bits n pieces. Staff are super helpful. Great sales too
Massive store with every kitchen homewares and creative craft you can think of, even rugs and blinds.
On 4th March I spoke with Wendy and asked for a quote for 18 blinds. She promised to get back if not that day the next.
The following morning she phoned and advised that she would respond later that day.
Time passed, I sent and email to Wendy and asked for a response.
Ten days have passed and not a whisper of response.
I have made other arrangements for my blinds but wonder at the total lack of service and courtesy demonstrated by this facility!
Bought helium balloon from here, not only did they not tie the balloon very well to the string, they also didn't put it into a bag (which I've realised from other people that that's how it should be given to customers), once we came out of the store the balloon flew (it was raining and very windy), asked for a refund because I spent $25 on it, they said no and weren't even a least bit sorry
Very helpful staff. Clean shop compared to other Spotlights I have been to. I was just passing through while on holiday.
The staff are always so helpful and friendly, whether it is upholstery fabric, kitchen utensils, they have a great range, I will go there as my first place to shop at, when my wife is looking for something different.
Place is untidy. Trolleys of fabric blocking isles. Fabrics not put away empty shelves. Just untidy
Brilliant! Better than Perth's.what a variety of things at fantastic prices.their Xmas selection is fantastic.open on Sundays
Fantastic shop to buy a huge range of homewares, bedding, fabric, wool and craft supplies. I wish the range of scrapbooking and cardmaking supplies was bigger it is very limited
3 strikes and you're out! It'd be great to actually walk in there and walk out with what you want without any hassles, it hasn't happened yet. Prices are hard to decipher, sometimes non existent without help from staff, which is also sometimes non existent when needed. Always a wait at the checkout, not often manned by more than one person and checkout prolonged further while people query prices which then undergo a long winded process of confirmation. Over it!
