Spotlight Albany reviews
32A bit cluttered to walk around in places and I do wish the staff could look a bit happier.
A place that to me is very crowded hard for wheelchair to get around but has lots of stuff
Enquired about a cricut machine, staff were very well informed, answered my enquiries very professionally. Store very clean, lots of specials.
5 Stars Excellent Service and great discounts. Went in for one item.came out with almost 2 dozen. LoL
Went in today to get some stuff. The next counter girl asked the other client to sign in for VIP but the lady in mine did not asked me to signup. She was so grumpy. Does not know to deal with a customer.
They had a sale on through out the store, great bargains. We got some quality timber blinds and some curtains. Very helpful staff and happy with the purchase and pricing.
Rarely have any advertised special items left, when i go there.
Products are priced for the rich only.
Albany spotlight is great. The staff are on the ball, very helpful and happy to go that e tra yard to solve problems. I pick up and Airfryer that was reduced and yet the checkout said full price. The lass called the manager who begrudgingly said we'll have to honor it "even tho the SALE FINISHED ON SUNDAY". Yehaa, not my problem, I was so happy to get a great special.
Been popping in and out for the past 2 weeks to get a queen size mattress topper. Nothing.and still nothing. The exit to store is badly set up if you don't buy anything, having to wait inline or squeeze past people that are inline just to get out.
Well laid out store and a huge variety of goodies. Staff were hard to find for questioning as to where certain goods may be.
For all your home decorating, from the bedroom to kitchen wares and everything in between. Lots of style and choices, reasonable prices. Good customer service
Wanted some wool which was in the $2 bin, when I got to check out it wasn't $2 so left it all on the counter.
It's a decent Spotlight store- nice place for artistic and crafting inspiration and supplies. Nice housewares, a little pricey unless a sale is on.
Not keen on their checkout setup. The store has some great products but its usually difficult to find someone to help when you have a question.
Good deals, lots of variety. I go there for the bedding/manchester. Was hard to carry it all around the store with just a tiny basket on wheels!
Very helpful and they have a wide range of stock that can keep you there for HOURS. As my lovely wife says this is her Bunnings. I beg to differ.
Spotlight Albany is a great store.
The staff are very friendly.
If you sign up & be a VIP member, (it's free) You get great discounts.
At the moment they have some wonderful bargains. Virtually half price.
Most of their fake plants look amazingly real & are cheaper than Bunnings.
Now that's saying something, cause Bunnings is my favourite shop & are as cheap as chips (whoops! Wrong shop)
So from the words of a pourper, go check it out.
Egg shell in breakfast muffin, had to wait for coffee although food was ready.this was at 6.30am we were the only one's inside, seems it was quicker thru drive way
I love the thought of this place being a warehouse, but it truly looks like one today. Went in for a spot of Xmas shopping and spent 40 minutes wandering around between each section. Certainly not as organised and "clean" as metro stores
