Silverdale Natural Therapy

I have been receiving Bowen Therapy from Tracy for 14 months now and also taking Tissue salts - especially magnesium - for that time also.
I was always one to get 'The Winter cold/flu' every year, sometimes twice!
Wonderful news - I haven't been sick at all in this time & have just seen my 1st Winter free of any sickness!
I am so thankful to Tracy for this and for her insight and knowledge. No need to 'Go down the Hill' - we have what we need here at Silverdale Therapy. I can't recommend her enough.

When I started going to Tracy my knee was in a bad way. I was unable to do any exercise as it flared up and at my worst both my knee and hips were so sore when I was walking I was almost in tears some days. Tracy has managed to get rid of all hip pain and my knee is pretty much manageable now. She is such a great person who has given me back my movement and I'm able to exercise again with no pain! Plus going to see Tracy in her beautiful space and chatting to her is like having your batteries recharged. I always feel so great when I leave!

Tracy offers a friendly, professional and complete service. She is extremely knowledgeable and the tissue salts and flower essences that were prescribed to me have made a huge difference to my health and wellbeing.

Tracey really helped me out with a dreadful bulging disc in my back, can't recommend her highly enough.
