I ordered a personalised flower essence to help me through a really difficult time. Tracy was so kind and intuitive creating my personalised blend. I took them so often and quickly noticed a difference. I have no idea how it all works but it just does. I found when I missed taking them, my anxiety and stress skyrocketed. I am so grateful to Tracy for creating these amazing products that simply deliver and do all the heavy lifting when you can’t.

The flower essences by Tracy are phenomenal. She intuitively created a blend for what I'm needing now and I love taking them, even holding them in my hand while I lie down and tune in, as I love feeling the vibes. The energies are subtle and nuanced, but when tuning in with intent, the flowers are actually super powerful. Tracy is gifted with her connection to the flowery realms.

I have had the honour of being a client of Tracy's for over a year now. I originally sought her support as part of a focus to improve my overall health and well being. I see Tracy for a Bowan Therapy session on a regular basis and when it's been relevant she's supported me with her extensive toolbox of additional therapies. I always feel supported and nurtured in her presence and happily refer people her way.

I recommend Tracy's services hands down! I have had several treatments with her and found that she is very professional, warm and very intuitive on many levels. She tunes in to exactly what is needed at the time. Once, my back was in so much pain and I could barely walk. I left a session with Tracy 90% better and was pain-free!
