Scarborough Cellars reviews
29 They always have a stock of my favourite beer Wilde gluten free Pale Ale.
Thank goodness for Scarborough Cellars!
Great personal knowledge on best wines!
Best place for wine and beer in town. Family owned and run and they hand select all the wine themselves. From the best quaffers to the best bottles for a special occasion. Cannot recommend more highly.
So nice to find a genuine boutique store still out there. Great selection of fine wine and craft beer. Tastings etc. Great service to boot! Top marks.
If you are a wine buff or into collecting wines, this is the place to go, the selection is huge.
Friendly staff who know their stuff and happy to help.
Check it out for yourself, the place has this romantic wine cellar atmosphere.
Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Love the growlers and large selection of offer. A go to for craft beers, and zero-waste home drinking!
Old tacky store, overpriced, average selection and worst of all rude staff, they should try a simple greeting when you buy something.its not difficult acknowledge someone with a simple hello instead of just scanning the item and demanding the $. You shouldn't be in retail if you cant even understand that.wouldn't go back there even though its walking distance for me.
Good little bottle shop
Great range
This is not a "discount bottle shop" so if you compare prices on "bottom shelf" items you may be disappointed
But if you want some nicer stuff (wine, beer, whisky, whatever) and some keen staff, then I think you will like this place too.
Wine - just walk around, and then walk into the side rooms, you will definitely find a "good drop" here, from reasonably priced, to quite exclusive.
Beer - more than the usual suspects, lots of products from craft and micro breweries. They also have a canning room, where you can try and buy beers from around Australia, which often don't can themselves, so you would otherwise need to go to the breweries to taste these beers.
Whisky and spirits - just look up at the wall for a great range, again, more than the usual suspects and good support for some local distilleries.
Great beer selection (including Growler fills), a lot of different wines too, to go with the standard stuff.
