I tried to swap out 2 sealed bottles of wine and I bit left in an opened bottle because it tasted corked - the owner refused to let me swap them out for a different wine claiming that the wine was fine. Terrible customer service and a regular customer that will never return.

They have good beer selection but the staff are a bunch of rude gronks. Go to the cellar door doubleview for a much better experience.

The best wine recommendations around. Always busy on an afternoon. Parking out the back on the lane way can be tricky but always worth it. A great local bottle shop

They have a great range of wines / beers but I just can’t work out the customer service.
If you engage with someone they are really helpful but a simple hello when you walk in / a look up from a computer would really make it a better place. Just make it a friendly place to shop from the moment you enter, not exactly hard I would have thought. My only negative but it annoys me every time I visit and I’m not alone from speaking to other locals

I must admit I haven't looked past the fantastic selection of craft beers that they have. Can always find something interesting of different to try as well as the regular contenders. Assuming the rest of the store is as well sorted as their beer fridges! They also have various beers on tap for growler fills which I am yet to try, the selection varies as you would expect throughout the year.

A massive thanks to the fabulous staff of Scarborough Cellars who are always friendly, helpful and can recommend something that suits my needs on every occasion.

Fantastic service and great knowledge of their quality offerings. I appreciate the personalised service that has steered me in the right direction when choosing gifts and selecting food matches. They’ve also broadened my horizons introducing me to tastes outside my comfort zone.

I have found the service here outstanding. The tall English woman who serves there is incredible! She goes out of her way to accommodate and her product knowledge is second to none.

We love going here for the wonderful choice of wine and beers. Tastings on a Fri are also fantastic and have ended up buying everytime I have attended. This would be a great place to work.

Such a great selection of craft beer, and it only keeps growing. Local, interstate, overseas - they have it all. Nohting better than nippin down for a taste test and taking home a growler.

Don’t come here if you are over 65. The person behind the counter with long hair and a beard thinks people this age are nothing but trouble. Just a pain in his side.

Love the selection of beers, all the big companies aren't front and center. It's showcasing all the delicious local and international beers. Tap room is also great, great service as well.

The local. What a spot. You can get whatever ya bloody want here. The range is spectacular. Stunning beers are a plenty. Staff seem like a bunch of good blokes too!
