San Churro Midland Gate

Amazing customer service! I was greeted by the beautiful Josephine, who made my experience all that much sweeter! Churros we’re absolutely delicious! Loved it definitely recommend San Churros Midland?

Staff were friendly and even though it was busy we received our order quite quickly. The best part wasn't that though. The best part was watching your staff prioritise the paramedics that had come in for a late night coffee. They made sure they were well taken care of and recieved their order before they got called away. Well done San Churros, especially the Midland team Churros and coffee was amazing as always!

Freshly cooked churros are the best! Excellent service from the staff and the owner itself was very friendly and accomodating. My kids were so delighted with their 1st experienced dining in as they got to have some freebies (plush toy and churros for two). I couldn't thank the owner enough for such kind gesture.

I paid $11 for a frappe that wasn't even filled near the top. When you order a frappe you expect it to be thick, it came to me as a blended milk. I couldn't take it back because I ordered through Uber eats, it's never been delivered to me like this before. Disappointed.

Exceptional customer service, particularly from Mac. It was the best customer service we have experienced in 3 months travelling around Aus. Food was also delicious and served in a timely manner.

Ordered through Uber Eats and picked up in person. The staff there was really friendly and easy-going. I had just left the store with my order and then received a prompt phone call from them letting me know they had forgotten to put in the chocolate dips! Wasn't a hassle at all, just glad they made the effort to contact me and was really nice about it!

Best San Churro chain in town! Staff and owner are always sososo nice and friendly! Always makes best churros and drinks. Love coming here to unwind after the busy vibes around Midland gate.

Very happy with our experience today, my 4 year old loved trying new things and we treated wonderfully by the staff. Keep up the great service and food. We will be back

Went in to ease the churros craving. Ordered churros for myself, my wife and my son.
They always serve their churros freshly cooked so it’s crunchy, hot & fresh. They have wide variety choices of choco drinks and coffee. Best place to chill. Great food and service.:)

Difficult to get parking. Wish they would shut the doors as its freezing with the cold air coming in from both sides. Sadly every time the service has been super slow (4th visit today). All but once (when made by an older lady) our hot chocolates have not been hot, not even warm. Strange as we've never ever had this issue @ any other San Churro. Disappointing and won't be back to this store again.

Disappointing. Placed our order. Then after sitting down told one of the items was not available. Wasn't anything else I wanted so asked for a refund. When to the counter for a refund. The server was there, but then wandered off so I am waiting for her to come back. Another server came over and I told them I was waiting for refund only to be told they did have the item. Food arrived with the wrong drink (an iced tea). Got the replacement (LLB) and neither my daughter or I could drink it. It was revoting. The hot items were also over priced for what was delivered. No apology given for any of the mistakes.

Parking very difficult. 2pm on a Thursday and had to drive around the block 3 times.
Unfortunately with the doors open, pigeons had managed to get it and were walking over our feet and leaving their droppings on the floor. The service was very slow (only us and 1 other table). The hot chocolates were lovely when they arrived (would have only been warm without requesting extra hot).

Ordered and checked the receipt and was overcharged on every single item, we t back to ask why they said public holiday surcharge, didn't tell me when ordering and no signage to let customers know.
Lady came to give us the food and said very rudely next time take your number. I was not given any number and told her this she got very defensive.
Chocolate and churros were all cold so hard to dip in.
Owner came over to ask what happened with lady and he said due to the servers shortness there mightve been a miscommunication, seriously blaming the shortness of someone.
Not worth the kerfuffle not going back here again.

Sometimes difficult to get parking out the front of Midland Gate. The cafe is okay - can be a bit cold sometimes when the doors open. Food is nice. Price is average.

Went in to order some churros and drinks. Found out they overcharged 2 items by 1 dollar each. Tried to explain to the older lady at the counter but she made excuses that saying the price on the menu was incorrect and says “it’s only 2 dollars! ”. How about admitting the mistakes and apologise? Thief! Check your receipts people.
