San Churro Midland Gate

Attended San churros midland on Tuesday evening 10th October to buy a couple of iced coffee for wife and I. After ordering them we sat down to wait for them. The blonde girl who was working placed them down on counter and walked away back to work and left them sitting on counter top without calling us up to collect them for a good 10 minutes before we decided to approch the counter to see if they were ours. The store had a grand sum of only two other customers in store at this time and the girl still left them unnattended and did not call out our number. If your the owner and this is the kind of training you allow yoir staff to give then its very un professional. The other girl was busy making another order but when she came to counter I asked her if the drinks on the corner were ours and as she realised they were she then called my wife's name out. I said to her the other girl had left them sitting there for 10 minutes and that they were cold milk drinks that should not have been left out at room temperature too long. She handed them to us and walked off. Very poor customer service from both girls who were behind the counter on this evening. Would not go back to this store ever

Do you have an order issue? Was your slice of cake almost non existent and look like a dog got to it with the little cake there was? Don’t think you can call the store to have it remedied, now the owner has good ol doordash taking over any delivery “issues” and that IOU at the store.good luck accessing it due to the red tape the owner has put in place to avoid accountability. This is how these big business thrive by palming you off to an outsourced call center that tell you they can’t do a thing? Great way to lose customers in the long run I must say.

First time ever having Churros was in this store now wherever I go I compare them to this shop and nothing comes close.

Walked in and wasn’t greeted. 2 young women continued to walk around and not make eye contact.

Waited 5 minutes and neither of them could even say ‘ will be with you shortly’

I decided to give them another go after a bad experience last time but this was it.

Kind of sad considering it was so good when it first opened.

Avoid this apple if you’d like to actually get served.

Terrible, spend over $60 on dessert and hot drinks, they used the incorrect milk. Paid extra for icecream on two dishes, get all the way home and it’s not in the bag. Rang the store to complain and got completely dismissed. Extremely disappointing as San Churros Midland was a regular outing for us. Won’t be anymore!

Clean and well kept dining space and delicious freshly cooked churros. Some of the menu items are a bit pricey. I enjoyed that their coffee is fair trade.

Spanish hot chocolate was lukewarm and not thick and my order was wrong when it came up, normally this place is really good but not so good tonight.

Favourite churros restaurant. Staffs are always so nice, you don’t leave the restaurant without a staff saying goodbye. Churros are always perfectly cooked. Delivery is also always ontime, (sidenote: I order through the app)

I stopped by to get some food and fruit juice and paying cash, the guy behind the cash register said I can't take your cash as there is no place to store it and he insisted that I can only pay on card, having no internet to transfer money between my bank accounts, I try to use their internet with no access and I asked the guy to help to share his internet hotspot, which he refuse, leading me to leave the premise very upset of such a service. I drove all the way from Sydney to find this. SHAME

I recently spoke with san churros (midland gate) over the phone as our online order was missing items. As we placed the order through door dash, we weren't sure they'd be able to help us with our issue, but I was pleasantly surprised. I really appriciated the level of customer service I recieved. I am not sure who I spoke with but she was very apologetic and seemed eager to help. She offered us the missing items plus a churros for two on our next order. Thank you for your help san churros! Its not always possible to resolve issues like these promptly, but you made it very easy and did it while being kind and professional.

Great location, lovely staff. Overall a wonderful experience. Chocolate just makes everything better!

Great food, and a big variety as well. Friendly staff, even if they mess up, they are happy to take it back and replace if for what you had wanted. Friendly environment, and I just found out they did delivery! How cool is that?

Love the original hot choc with soy milk! So creamy and literally the best hot choc I've had. Very rich tho I usually can't finish a whole mug!

So good! Definitely recommend coming here, the staff is super kind and friendly with quick service.

We ordered our hot drinks from the till in San Churros Mindland Gate, and Josephine served us at our table. She was very personable and friendly and really took time to have a chat with us. She could have just served the drinks and left but she went the extra mile and made a lasting impression on us. Her customer service was superb.

It's a San churros. They're all pretty similar. This one was spacious, easily accessible with nearby parking. Staff were friendly. I find the hot chocolates and other desserts there a tad too sweet for my taste buds but my friend wanted to go and they were all happy with their purchases.

The service is great!

The owner Josephine is hands-on on her customers. She and her staff are warm and kind. Also generous! Josephine gave my son and my niece some toys to play and take home.
