San Churro Karrinyup

A great place to unwind and catch up with friends. The new croffles are delicious paired with a yummy chai latte. Love the welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service. Well done San Churro crew!

For a chocolate cafe they can’t make a chocolate milkshake taste like chocolate. Tasted like milk with little shards of chocolate mixed in. Alongside my pal burning their tongue on the scolding hot chocolate which is also lackin g flavour

I have signed up for the mailing list and membership - to be declined an offer (the whole reason I came here) because I do not have the app downloaded on my phone. The membership system is confusing and the cashier had no idea what I was talking about when I asked her. This isn’t even mentioning how long the lines are. The food is good—the experience and service is not.

Amazing customer service and knowledgeable staff especially. We were served by friendly staff, Caitlyn and Jess and the churros were delicious! We visited on 30/06 and will be back very soon!

I thought last weeks experience was bad but this week was even worse! And last week was bad! Despite being overcharged at Carousel last week I still went back to Mandurah the next day and then today I decided to visit Karrinyup San Churro.

I redeemed birthday churros for 2, ordered ice cream and smoothies for the kids, bought a large bag of take home hot chocolate. A female staff came to my table and inappropriately interrupted my conversation and asked if I paid for the hot chocolate eluding to theft. Are u kidding me? I frequent San churro more than I should but to accuse me of not paying. No apologies extended by the staff member she abruptly walked away and continued to try and find the person who had not paid for their hot chocolate.

That was not the end of it.

I stood in the ridiculously long line to buy macarons before leaving. It took 10-15min to have the macarons boxed and when I received it each box had 2 broken macarons in each box. I asked the staff to please replace it which is a fair ask. The way the staff grunted and pulled her face was tolerable but when she just shoved the boxes back at me without even apologising I returned the items and asked for a refund.

I am a loyal customer, check my history. I will never go back to either carousel or Karrinyup and I will share my experience. I may be only one customer but it just takes one customer to lose another 10 to start with and so it goes.

Train your staff in customer service because it’s clearly lacking.

Came here for a quick coffee on Saturday, ended up being convinced by friendly staffs Beam and Alex for a churros or a cake. Churros was nicely cooked and my coffee was perfection. Cookie butter is really yummy, never had it before! Staff was super friendly and helpful especially with suggesting me a snack with my coffee. Will definitely be back

Worst customer service ever. The female cashier needs to learn some manner. Not taking my order and was chit chatting with another male co-worker while me and few customers in line waiting to order. The staff was rude when I was placing order and she wasn't sure what she was doing plus hard to understand her accent? I have no issue if staffs can't speak proper English but her attitude needs to change. Never ever encountered this kind of service over other outlets over the years. Sorry to say the taste of the drinks tasted terrible and wasted my dollars too!

Been to his SAN churro outlet a few times. Nice ambience. Not too busy. The gold chocolate icecream was yummy. Love the churros. Friendly staff.

On the 22/04 around 3: 00pm. I understand if you guys are busy. Just a simple 'we will be with you in a minute' would have sufficed. Staff behind the front counter were walking past me and looking directly at me and not saying a word. I had to ask one of the staff where I had to order which turned out to be exactly where I was waiting. The tone and demeanour in which the staff member took my order was also totally unacceptable.

Terrible customer service. Waiting there for over 10 minutes to place my order. No acknowledgement I was even standing there.

I have been there for lots of times. And i just love the churros, hot dark chocolate and fiesta. The staff is sooooooo friendly. I would recommend to every of my family and friends. See u soon again guys

Best San Churros experience I’ve ever experienced, best chocolate dip I’ve EVER had. Went there for the first time today and ordered churros for two with fruit and truffles. Service was quick with churros that were way fancier than what I expected from previous experience with other San Churros restaurants. Tasted just as good as usual. And fruit was nice and fresh. Will definitely come again. Had amazing presentation of food, and friendly and well trained staff. Great mother and daughter night out!

Great location to enjoy lots of chocolate, coffee, and more in chilled atmosphere with top staff and service.

First time in store last night and we received everything except our birthday churros for 1.
The manager fixed our problem immediately and provided us with great customer service. My daughter has some physical and mental issues but felt so welcomed and involved by her, it made me very happy… thank you!
The drinks were awesome and especially the fruit burst was delicious. We will definitely return to this place! Highly recommend.

I visited the beautiful new San Churro store at Karrinyup shopping center to try out some of the new vegan items on their menu.

I tried:
Mango Berry Churro Sundae (mango sorbet with mixed berry compote, topped with churros, fresh strawberries and strawberry topping)
Tutti Frutti Snack Pack (regular size) - mini churros topped with strawberries, banana, kiwi and mango with vegan milk chocolate
Cookie Butter Banana Churros Snack Pack (mini size) - mini churros topped with banana, cookie butter and Biscoff cookie (vegan option is without the “gold crispy pearls”)
Fruit Burst Smoothie - Mango, pineapple, strawberries and mango nectar blended with ice, topped with strawberry popping pearls
Mango Smoothie - Mango and mango nectar blended with ice

They were all super delicious but my absolute favourites were the Tutti Frutti Snack Pack and the Fruit Burst Smoothie! Also highly recommend the vegan milk chocolate and cookie butter dips.so good!
