The waiter's attitude was extremely bad. When I entered the store, didn't give me the menu maybe they think my English is not good and they don't want to receive me

Our hostess alison nolan was so sweet and fast woth our order, will be returning because of her service

We sat outside enjoying the cool breeze and lingered longer than we should have because we were enjoying it so much. Ordered from the table which was fine. We had the potatoes with tomato relish and aioli which were nice and hot and fresh but had not nearly enough aioli for us. I had a coffee frappe which was nice and daughter had an iced coffee which she liked. We also shared churros with strawberry and banana pieces with white chocolate dip and cookie butter dips which were nice although a little on the pale side. Service was good and quite fast.

Visited on a cold drizzly day for some hot chocolate and churros.
Food was filling and our hostess Chiara was really nice and amazing.
Appreciated the whole experience.

We had a great experience at San Churro Karrinyup! We were served by Baylee at the counter and she also delivered our food to the table. She was bright, bubbly and super friendly. The churros were delicious and it was the perfect finish to a great day!

Easy order from me at 10.02am.simple.
Maybe morning mood especially from the receptionist. Barista including as well.

The milk is really hot. Not warm hot or warm or mild hot but very extra hot which i didn't ask (should mean that every customer should rectify the level of the temperature of the milk before ordering). Make my tongue a burnt a bit. Coffee? Bitter. Full cream is good but they temperature it really make you suffer. More coffee than milk.

I left the coffee on the table number, 115 and left. If the famous brand has the courtesy of getting through the waiter know what does it mean. 21 minutes my morning coffee just a waste. Leftover of 70% on the table with bitter taste.

By the way, if I'm the owner i would considered myself as generous kind of human being since i donate more or a lot coffee Bean to every single cup coffee to customer.

Elizabe was very helpful with our visit this evening, she helped us select items on the menu that we were deciding between and made us the most delicious barista made drinks!

The service was the best and the waiter Elizabe had the best service would highly recommend coming here to meet this lovely girl:)

Very very disappointing! Ordered a waffle and two sundaes as per the menu. Also waited 15 minutes to get served. When the waffle arrived it was cold and not heated, even when asking if it was hot when it arrived. The two sundaes arrived with half of the items missing from it. When I went up to ask where the other items were that were stated on the menu, the manager stated that the menu had been updated and so what i ordered was not what i received. Because i had tasted it, searching with my spoon for the fudge etc the manager also stated that I couldn't get a refund and then offered me what shouldve been included in the first place. DO NOT EAT HERE. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE AND DISAPPOINTING!

I came to San Churros Karrinyup and ordered a hot chocolate. I was very impressed as I had to wait very little time and service was swift and very friendly, I believe her name was Nandita. Upon receiving my hot chocolate, I only had to take one sip and was blown away by the rich creamy taste. I immediately went to praise the barista who’s name was Alison and I was very impressed with her skills. My overall visit and experience with San Churros Karrinyup was exceptional.

Worst customer service especially for uber eats drivers. 30 minutes waiting for one order. Staff just ignore uber drivers and keep serving customers. Worst San churro

The churros were fun, been there copious amounts of times with my partner. Genuinely a relaxing place to chill and have dessert.

We arrived at 21: 35 on 10 July. I am happy if the girls there told us they don’t accept order because I know you close at 10. However, 3 girls inside the counter just ignore us and chatting to each other while making their order (I know they saw us, but they keep chatting). Only the girls who cleaning the table came to serve us after we stand there for 5 mins. I don’t mind you stop accepting new orders since I worked in a restaurant before, however not ignoring customer. First time here, very bad experience

Came in Sunday night for a quick snack after work. Was served by a lovely waitress Jess who provided excellent customer service. Lovely food and drinks. Will be coming back again.

We were there on the 17 July 2022 @ around 3pm.

Bad service. No one would clean up the table. After 5 minutes wait,
I got someone to clean it up but the person sprayed table wipe on my kids face. No apology, very rude. Never come back again.

Came in this morning, churros and hot chocolate were delicious and the service was quick and friendly, will be back!

Used my UNiDAYS $10 for 6 churros and 2 dips which was well worth it! If you are studying, the UNiDAYS app is worth checking out. Recommend the cookie butter dip and any of the chocolate dips (dark chocolate pictured). Enjoyed a Spanish hot chocolate too.

Very disappointed with our experience at Karrinyup San Churros. Took my two little kids for a treat. It was quite a busy afternoon but all the unoccupied tables had dirty dishes on them. Then our churros came and they were definitely not fresh. Cold like they had been made hours ago. Won’t be back.
