My mrs doesn't like fish and she tried the snapper here and now said she's going to have lunch with me later this week! Thanks Salty!

Exactly as the other comments describe, the food was fantastic, the fish fresh, batter crispy, squid to batter ratio was high thanks to meaty squid rings with an even and thin coating. Online menu with heaps of options and easy substitutions and pay on arrival with no deposit made for an easy ordering experience, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Second time I’ve visited for some takeaway burgers recently. The staff are genuinely lovely and the food is tAsTy-Af! Keep up the great work team, we’ll be back

Such good service, they really look after their customers. The fish is fresh, delicious and excellent quality. Can’t stop eating the chips, they’re the best I’ve had. Would 100% recommend and won’t be going anywhere else in the Freo area.

The service and the food here is amazing. We have never had such friendly, kind and helpful service. And wow the food is delicious. We ordered big and it was ALL amazing. We’ll be back… in fact we wouldn’t go anywhere else for fish and chips now. Yum yum!

Great fish and chips especially for gluten free options. Best service you can ask for from any take away! You really can't beat this place. It is a must if you're hankering for fish and chips.

Ended up at Saltys late tonight. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious- fish tasted fresh with a light crunchy batter, and chips were crunchy on outside but soft and fluffy on inside. Thanks for a delicious dinner.

First time visit to Saltys.delicious Fish & Chips, they even gave us extra chips & a little dessert, excellent service too!

Salty's Chippery is THE best fish and chip shop anywhere in perth. Can never ever fault the food and the customer service is absolutely amazing. Every single one of their staff members are the most happy and friendliest around. Will not be going anywhere else but here

Rob at Salty's Chippery is the gun of fish and chips, such amazing fish and chips which is very hard to find, usually where ever you go the chips and fish are soggy and oily, ""YUK". Rob knows his kitchen best fish and chips south of river as i don't go north of river, also he is more than happy to customise the food to your liking, i love my chips burnt and crunchy, he cooks exactly how you want it, and he delivers to your door which is such a bonus if you've had a few drinks after a hard days work and craving for fish and chips

Great fish and chips. The chips were amazing. Best in the area. Fish was juicy with a light, crisp batter.

I really enjoyed the prawns and squid. Delicious. The homemade tartare sauce was refreshing and tangy. Nice tasty combo.

Best fish and chips we ever had. A group of us walked there from south freo beach, excellent customer service and really decent sized portions. Saltys homemade beer batter and the extras such as crab sticks and tartar sauce were exceptionally amazing. All this for a reasonable price as well!

Was very over cooked, to the point the battered mussels were rock hard, very, very greasy, batter was so dissapointing. If only I could share the photo I've just taking.
I definitely won't be going back there!

Since new owners won't go anywhere else now! Had family pack couple weeks ago and was such a generous serving compared to other places! We loooved the fish and chips but the prawns and calamari were big and tender which really stood out. Loved the complimentary tartare sauce and lemons. The place was a little busy and was a bit cold that night so wanted to wait in the car and was very happy and surprised when Rob brought my order out to me by the car - thanks for a wonderful service!
