Over priced and horrible customer service. They charged me 195 when others are charging 121 for the same vaccine. I booked a C5 vaccine for 3 puppies, they first mentioned the price will be 72 then during the appointment they said 72 is for C3 and not C5. It was 5pm too late to go to another vet so I decided to vaccine only one puppy. During the consultation a vet (Asian woman) was checking the female puppy and I asked a general question about why one of the puppies is panting excessively and she said I can only answer for the puppy I paid. I didn’t asked to check the puppy, I just asked a general question, the reason why a puppy can be panting too much. I felt totally disgusting, this sort of answ bounced back show lack of empathy. I will never never never never never going back.

This 1 of the best vets that I trust to look after my best friend, the staff are very nice and helpful. With there long opening hours during the week it makes it so much easier to get there and the other thing I really like is they have a yearly plan so if your best friend needs to go to see a vet more often than others or it young you can pay yearly fee and get your basic visit etc for free its such a good idea.

Super lovely staff, thorough vets and they are great with our Rottweiler. They even took great care of our cheeky Husky when she escaped home one day! Reasonable prices too. Highly recommend.

Excellent service as usual. Our dog Bindi was in for teeth cleaning under anaesthetic this week. The vet and staff were great towards Bindi and a pleasure for us to deal with them.

Such lovely and friendly vets. Clinic is clean and all the appointments run on time. They will let you know if delays happen because of an emergency. Sadly I had to farewell my 16yo cat. The staff were amazing and sent messages of support. It's never an easy decision. Thank you to vet Paul.

My dogs have always been anxious about being handled but not at Sage Vets. I saw different vets on my visits and each one handled my dogs with no issues at all. Every aspect of my dealings was handled so beautifully even down to lovely emails about the dogs progress.

We take.our dog here and this is one the best in bull creek you can find. Prices can be bit low but service is for sure good

My dog Olly snapped his cruciate ligament at the end of July 2021. I hurriedly asked various vets if they could quote me a price for the operation. Most vets couldn’t give me an exact price but said it would be very expensive regardless. Sage Vets Bullcreek were able to give me an exact written quote to the dollar and it was by far, cheaper than any of the other quotes by a long mile! I was able to get Olly in within 2 days to have his operation with a lovely senior vet Dr Paul who did a magnificent job! They staff were all very kind and caring towards Olly. When I paid the bill the amount was slightly cheaper than the quote! If I had any concerns the days after his operation I was able to take him straight back at no charge to me. The surgery phoned me a few times over the following weeks to check on Olly’s progress and he had his check ups to make sure he was healing correctly. It’s now 9 weeks since the operation and you would never know he’d had an operation or injury!
I can highly recommend this vet practise to anyone who needs first class care for their pets. I will be taking Olly there for his annual needles and if he ever requires the services of a vet!

The girls took extra special care of my Baxter when he had to be put under to have some little lumps removed and general check over. The found a heart murmur no other vet has noticed. Very kind, very loving and very professional.
