Great friendly staff. As a local, they will get to know you and be on a first name basis. Convenient shop to go, so as not to need to go to the big stores, for fresh fruit and veg, along with other tempting gourmet items. Great barista coffee too!

Bad service, ok if your local, took my order but served people they knew before making my coffee, snotty attitude.

Brilliant customer service! It is really nice to walk into a shop and have someone say hello and greet me. Makes you feel very much valued as a person and as a client. Excellent business ethics.
I went into Rustico to buy MilkLab almond milk and walked out with two of those and a coconut milk versiin, plus extra amazing food!
Again, as I paid, I experienced excellent service. I was impressed to say the least. I live far away, but I will be back!
