Rustico Gourmet Grocer

Ordered and collected a fruit platter for a recent party. Previous reviews were absolutely correct. The fruit was the sweetest and most tasty I have had. Everyone loved it. Great service and reasonable price for the size of the platter. I even juiced the centerpiece orange, the next day; so sweet. Definitely would recommend their fruit platters and would use Rustico again. Well done and thank you.

Great local shop, run exceptionally well. Great quality produce, including the coffee services and cakes.

First visit will be back. I went for the Rustico made hummus which is the best I've ever had on a platter a few days before. Also got some cheeses I've wanted but haven't seen elsewhere, and the most delicious coffee and pear and custard cake (I indulged and treated myself, which I don't do often). I will return, sooner rather than later.

Need to improve customer service, didn't bother checking on my order which wasn't take away to begin with. Then they barely walked out the door to check that i was outside and just left it waiting on the counter for it to go warm. This was after waiting 25-30 mins. You guys need to get some training in customer service as the food and coffee is pretty good.

I ordered ice long black this morning but they make long black (hot) and i asked them to change it
They just poured it in plastic cup with ice
It taste so bland just like a coffee flavored water

So I ended up throwing it away and ordering another ice long black which i paid for again
as I had no time to go somewhere else
And it happened several time already

I loved they coffee! But Im scared to order iced coffee again

It's always a pleasure shopping or having a coffee at Rusticos. The produce is top quality, tastes great and is presented invitingly. The shop is easy to access. Combine this with pleasant, helpful staff and it is the perfect place to pop in to buy anything from a carton of milk to gourmet delights for your next function.

Great little gem tucked away in Riverton. We stopped here regularly for a Saturday coffee and to check out the goodies in store.

Great coffee and range of food, but everything is completely and unnecessarily wrapped in plastic - avocados, lettuce, even eggs - everything. Maybe it was a covid thing, but won't be shopping here again unfortunately till they make an effort to reduce plastic waste.

Coffee bean is not so my type but keen to try other stuff next time!

Staff are super friendly and pump out quality food and coffee. New, delicious and fresh options everyday. There is a cabinet of cheeky treats you probably should work through too!

Very average produce for a very high price. Customer service needs to be improved. When I gave feedback that fresh food was not up to standard, the owner responded dismissively and was not receptive to constructive feedback. Plenty of better food places to support in Perth.

Had a bad experience with one of the baristas who was rude when questioned about the long waiting time. Prior to this, I quite liked the fresh produce and takeaway pasta. Would recommend the barista undergo further training on customer service.

Not sure who makes up the prices. Very expensive for fairly average produce. And it is average at best.

The coffee is some the worst I've ever had and at $7 for an ice black coffee. That sort of pricing structure resonates through the whole store.

The idea of a local supermarket is cute. But if you need to remortgage your home to shop there the appeal will wear off.

Everytime i visit the staff are so lovely and have the best customer sevice! Couldn't imagine getting my coffee and groceries anywhere else! Love seeing their lovely worker josh everyday! 10/10
