Not happy, the girl I spoke to told me my only option was to put the dog down. I told her the dog has leash aggression with other dogs but no aggression with people or children and she told me, no shelter will take the dog and I asked what my best option was and they told me euthanasia.

No answer when called to report animal cruelty and no call back either…very poor service. Oh well, the dog is probably deceased now anyway

Made a booking to view an animal, drove 45mins to view with kids in the car very excited only to be told the animal had been adopted 18hrs earlier. No phone call, no email, no text msg? Kids crying in the car. Oh sorry we usually call was the explanation.

Shame on you RSPCA Malaga. One of your rescue dogs could now be living in a warm loving family environment, but for reasons only known to yourselves the poor dog misses out. I fully understand you need to check people for suitability but, do the checks!
Such a shame for the poor dog.

Noticed money being taken out of my account from them. When I inquired about it they said my details were not in the computer and that they'd call back. They never called back or paid the money back and I had to block them VIA the bank who have now questioned the direct debits on my behalf

The worst experience ever at Malaga WA. The staff were extremely rude. It looks like something dodgy is going on there.

One day my husband and I decided to adopt a kitten. We found first website on internet and straight away went at RSPCA. On the entrance the gate was opened and we went through. We saw a lot of little kittens there. Nobody was greeting us and we politely knocked to the door. Lady open the door and said you need to speak with the staff and ask about kittens. On the way out lady approach us and start to shout that we are not allowed to be here, we said sorry and my husband asked nicely if we can take photo of the kitten which we would like to adopt. She said it's fine, but we have to book an appointment first to come to adopt animal. We also asked when this kitten will be available she replied between 2 to 7 days.
On the next Saturday we booked an appointment to see this little kitten. On the way in the appointment has been cancelled, but we were 1 minute away from that place. We called to the office and asked can we see this kitten and Paige was extremely rude and said we have to look on website until the kitten will be available, because kittens have diarrhoea and not allowed to touch them.

Every day and every 20 min for the 10 days we were checking website and no kitten appeared.

We didn't know if the kitten is still there or not. We booked an appointment to find out. We came to asked lady and she said that kitten is with other people and they are looking after him, but he will come back soon (strange that now people allow to have a kitten at home if he had diarrhoea).

After a few days I sent a text message that could you let us know if we can adopt this kitten as we are wasting our time to check website every 20 min. After text message the manager Sheryle called me and said that kitten has been adopted and it was on website before. I can't believe what she said as there is no chance that we missed that kitten.

***On the day when the gate was opened we saw 4 kittens and only one has been added to the website.

Also they said that the rules are the same for everyone, but it is hard to believe.

P. S.nobody was climbing on the gate as per your message below.

Best Regards
Olga

Staff where extremely rude. I went there needing some help in relation to my dogs behaviour I was instantly told sorry we don't help with that so rudely and unconcerned and when task is there anyone they could recommend they wouldn't even point me in the direction of anyone

I saw on the news a Kookaburra had its head ripped off by a guy. The RSPCA said they couldnt act as there was "no cruelty"! Is this for real?

Honestly would give 0 stars if I could. Found the malaga staff very rude and belittling. Before even getting me to meet the pet or knowing much about me, where I live or meeting my family the staff told me they don't think I'll be the right owner. Its a shame because I was so excited to go to the RSPCA for the first time. Now I would understand that animals in such shelters have specific needs and etc.but surely everyone should get an equal chance when the staff does not have much information on who is trying to adopt, but I just found their behaviour to be quite discriminatory (one staff member in particular).

Not recommended. I saw on the news RSPCA surgically removed the eyes of a kitten called Susie. Her eyes should have been given a chance to recover and heal.

Shocking puppy preschool service. You can't put 12 inquisitive puppies next to each other and say they're not allowed to interact for an hour.
- Small room was extremely hot and humid
- I didn’t learn anything
- The class ran overtime, by 45 minutes
- She separated my puppy from the rest of the group for being too energetic
- We only had around 10 minutes of puppy socialisation.

Can not believe you did not have a problem with those 2 GSDS locked in that deathbox. You seem to pick and choose who you are going to charge. Well now the owners will continue to put them back into it. But you have proved to me we were right to remove you people as recipients from our wills when we updated them. Lift your game rspca your image on social media stinks.

Shame for the animals. Was going to make a donation. Made an appointment too. Person wasn't there. Rude! Very Aussie. Still had a nice chat with someone else and a cuddle with a puppy. Not a big place for state wide facility but quite a few varieties of animals. Watch the road layout, right after the bridge. Miss it and it's a pain to find it again.

I am absolutley gutted by RSPCA, my fault we went yesterday but it was closed. We had seen a kitten we very much liked on the website we were told to come back first thing in the morning. We arrived 20 mins before opening, I was talking to a lady & her son waiting for it to open, they had put a hold on the kitten we were interested in. So we had missed out on this baby. We went into the cattery where his brother was but not yet available. I enquired with two staff members about his availability. He was not available until he got the clearance from the vets. One of the staff members told me he needed his clearance I asked if this would happen today as I was willing to wait for him to be cleared, she said to me that vets were on site but they were not coming to the cattery & they would be back on the Tuesday after Easter so keep a look out on your site. Well I left upset to find out online a few hours later he had been given clearance & was now available! I could not get back so I have probably missed out again.: (

Be prepared to take home the first animal you see, straight away. No time is given for consideration of the animal, and it doesn't matter what your house or ability to care for the animal is.

Do your research first, if possible.

Not sure if we went at the wrong time? Confusing signage. No staff. Only saw one dog and no cats.

The only reason why I give them two stars is because Kaiser (our adopted dog) is lovely. I tried contacting them via phone, email and even the direct line to no avail. The frequent excuse as always is Covid19. Very poorly managed. Plus they recommended RSPCA insurance which we took and it is the world's worst insurance - I have got the same email asking for the same documents over 5 times now. Be very very careful when you deal with them.

Took our Tenterfield Terrier pup to puppy school. The trainer, Jack, knew his stuff and was great with the dogs, but our little bloke was overawed by much bigger dogs that hardly seemed to fit the 16 week parameter. He came away exhausted and slept for hours to recover.
