Stylist goes thru with you what you would like and yes I am extremely happy with the results.
Would recommend to any lady who loves to be pampered. Have made this my go to place.

Great salon, girls are always professional and polite. Always able to have a laugh and are down to earth leaving you feeling good for the rest of the day. My haircut is always clean and they do a good head massage with hot towel at the basin.

Having come across this hair salon again recently (not as a recent customer) it reminded me of an appalling experience I had at their Baldivis store a few years ago where I was in the supposed care of a Manager or Senior Stylist and for the first 20mins I was unaware she was actually making fun of me in front of her trainees. I could hear laughing and giggling behind me and she kept making up an excuse it was because of something else. I felt uncomfortable and in fact, it was how she purposely was brushing my hair to cover my face that had them laughing. Instead of cutting my hair she thought it was funny to humiliate me instead. I had been there a few times with great dealings with other stylists and after that experience I never went back. Based on that I found their service highly unprofessional and walked away with a half decent haircut that I paid too much for.

So happy I found them, I went to tonis hair studio after escovar closed for my regrowth, nice white clean look. My hair was darker when I left than when I walked in. They apologized but did not offer to rectify and paid $150 for nothing. I was told about Rowson O'Connor, wow, amazing, professional ladies who came to my rescue and fixed the botched job. They are my new family

The lady faye cut and styled my hair today and she did an fantastic job I hadn't let a hair dresser touch my hair for about 8 years and she made me feel very comfortable and I am extremely satisfied with her performance thanks for fitting me in:)

These guys know their service! They use environmentally sustainable high quality products. Really take the time to make sure they take great care of you during your appt. Love the professionalism snd attention to detail. Huge thanks ladies

LOVE Rowson O’Connor! I’ve been going here for over 10 years even while it was Hype Hair. Sarah and Katie are magicians and always doing an amazing job on my hair! All the girls are welcoming and make you feel comfortable and heard! I cannot recommend them more!

I started going for regular colour and cut appointments about 10 months ago when we moved to Rockingham, and have been hooked ever since.
Each time I go in to Rowson O’Connor I get a full consultation by the fabulous Katie! She always asks what I like/don't like about the last cut /colour and what I am looking for. I have put my trust in Katie and have never been disappointed, always thrilled with the results. Even my friends have noticed the changes!

The friendly staff never miss asking if you want a cappuccino or latte, or tea (so good) The appointment always has a relaxing vibe from beginning to end, especially the great scalp massages.

I have found the place that far exceeds all my expectations. I would happily recommend this salon and the amazing Stylist Katie to anyone, she has a true passion for her craft and it shows!

Never go back. After asking for a trim to take off bare minimum off my butt length hair, I realised it now just reaches my middle back. And after asking for a long loose fringe, I now have a short bob fringe. You couldn’t pay me enough to give them another go. Not happy.

Update: The owner has been amazing in sorting this out with me. Super happy with the mediation, understanding and effort to fix it. Super happy with the following cuts. Continues to be the place I go to for my hair.

Im very happy with my hair cut by Tracy.
She did an amazing job in layering my curly and thick hair, and took out bulk and heaviness without thinning or texturizing.
The result is, springy and rejuvenated curls that have never looked better or curlier, and I've had Deva cuts, curl by curl cuts by "curl specialists" that have never looked this good!

Not at all happy with the cut I got. She cut it far too short after I had specifically said not too, and it's very uneven. One side is shorter than the other. I asked her just to tidy it up a bit & if she couldn't just to leave it, but she didn't listen. Very overpriced, I walked out feeling gutted.

Have been coming here for years wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Always friendly, great advice, love that sustainability is so important to this business.

Asked for highlights to be put through my hair i asked for ash blonde but was advised on a different colour by the advise of the stylist.
Was very unhappy with the colour when it was done and the highlights had been done so fine you could not even tell my hair had been done.
Complained and they told me to come back on another day to rectify my hair when i got there i was met by a colour tech who was arguing with me about my hair telling me it was fine worst hairdressers ended up walking out complete waste of money would not recommend
