I’m terrible with names but she was a third year apprentice. She was so welcoming, professional and patient as I came in with a last second booking and with only a vague idea of what I wanted to get done. She was very patient and informative with the colour choices and what would work together and what wouldn’t. She made me comfortable for the fact if I had something I wanted to change or add that I’d ask for it and she’d do it straight away. Overall an extremely positive experience, as I have not had my hair professionally done in 5 years.

Fay was amazing! She was so lovely to have a chat with, felt like I had been friends with her for years! Knew exactly what I wanted and made me feel comfortable the whole time! All the staff smiled when eye contact was made, coffee was great too! Thanks fay and staff for a pampering experience, I will be back! Deanne xx

So relieved to have found Rowson O’Connor after a series of disappointing results from other salons I’ve tried since moving to the area from interstate over a year ago.

This place does an excellent Balayage. The business was recommend to me by an ex employee which to me meant wow they must be good. Just don't forget to tell them you have old dye in your hair otherwise you'll be sitting there longer than you need to (my fault)

First time colouring my hair in Australia, was a bit anxious but the team especially Brad who worked on my hair was amazing. Brad made me so comfortable from the moment he sat to discuss the expectations and process detailing every step on my hair. I was confident already as he started his artwork on my hair
