Friendly staff, was seen immediately, clean, comfortable, shady parking spot right outside the entrance.

I am new to the area so it was pot luck but I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of ALL their services
The nurse has been amazing with her care and especially her sense of humour
I will not have to make the long journey Back to my previous doctor

I am difficult to please but I can really recommend THE orginisation and services of Rockingham GP

The young lady who administered my shot was very nice, polite and the best needle I have ever had.

Friendly reception. Appointment was on time. The nurse administering the needle was friendly and cheerfully efficient. Totally happy.

Great Practice, The staff are so efficient, respectful and the atmosphere was very friendly. I was seen within a minute of my arrival. The nurse was so lovely and answered all my questions professionally, the front desk staff made me feel welcome and the lady manager was here, there and everywhere making sure everyone was been attended to and even offered cold drinks and biscuits to a little kid who was too afraid to have a jab ……I can’t find a fault with this place even if I tried.

Lovely nurse. Went for Pfizer jab. Very nervous but she made me feel welcome and relaxed. Was in and out super quick once all was explained

This practice is professional and very efficient. I have been seeing the GPs at this practice for many years and I highly recommend them.

Very satisfied, with all Doctors at this practice and when it comes to needing specialist treatment have always been pointed in the right direction

I’d give a 0 if possible. Reception was lovely and professional but DRs not so much.
Said he couldn’t bring up my patient information or previous records for a script I had previously. Apparently as a DR he didn’t have access to that ‍️.
After that was rude and rushed. I went to another local GP instead.

I was 15 minutes late because a fire had blocked leading roads, it was no problem for them a big relief for me as it was my booster shot. Thumbs up.

Very professional, the staff made me feel very comfortable and the nurse was very efficient and good at her job.

I booked in for the covid vaccination
Everything went well with the first shot but 3 week's later for the 2nd shot they mixed up my paperwork with someone else's with the same name
It pays to check they have your correct details before you let them put a needle in you
Otherwise the experience was positive.

Went to this GP to get my Covid Shot. Reception staff very friendly, and both Reception and the nurse really made me feel welcome.

When you visit a doctor for help with weight wich with some people it's a big issue instead you get a price of paper saying visit chronic disease clinic I don't get and of course no help

Just went in for a quick pfizer vaccination, was in and out in less than five minutes and staff were friendly

We went to Rockingham GP for our Covid vaccinations and the nurse on staff 'Brydie' provided the best service we have ever experienced. She was friendly, efficient and administered the needle so gently that we will definitely be returning customers. Breath of fresh air.

Had a fantastic experience with the Monday nurse (Brydie), she is so gentle giving injections I truly did not feel it! Thanks so much, highly recommend!

Appointment was on time. What impressed me was the coaching and professionalism shown by staff teaching a new person the computer system. Staff were very friendly.

Was not looking forward to the Covid Jab, I had to wait for a for a, while for my turn, the needle did not hurt, I then waited for 30 m after the jab, the arm was sore for 2 days then reduced in tenderness, i did have a sore arm and was thirsty, for around 3 days, as the Ladies said would happen, I did not have any problems with Rockingham GP, they told me what was going to happen, and kept me informed.
