Such a well organised and efficient practice. Having Clinipath on site makes the whole health check process so easy.

My Doctor and the Principal Doctor is amazing 5 stars.

The manager is not only incompetent but extremely rude on this occasion.

Very disappointed for her to say "I was treating the receptionist like a second class citizen".

She grabbed my phone off me whilst I was recording due to the high level of abuse. I could not speak as she kept talking over me.

Reception staff are amazing.
Doctor promised me a call back and never did. I called up asking to speak to the doctor and had to book an appointment. It is an extremely important test result to get back. The fact the doctor promised a call back and didnt is a joke. Super disappointed, wont be going back.

Dr Vidya Vijayan was wonderful, she is very understanding and respectful. I can’t recommend her enough:)

Meet and greet was wonderful on arrival, doctor was lovely as well with her meet and greet. Service was fantastic, very happy.

Met by a cheerful front desk staff member who was patient & helpful to me.

The nurse who treated me was your typical “Aussie” mum type who made the whole COVID booster process simple and relaxed.

I appreciated the urgency to squeeze in a new client where my regular surgery wouldn't, because I hadn't been there for 14 months! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was uplifting to see everyone had smiling faces

I thought the vist was fantastic and everyone was good attuide and keen to help and the doctors are good as well

I couldn't get into my normal GP, so I managed to get in here, I normally get 6 months of repeats, and told the Dr, she only gave me 2 months of repeats. It's hard enough to get in to see a Dr, I need the same medication for the rest of my life at this stage, it's just a rought having to go back so often.
Apart from that it was good.

Tried to make an appointment was told they’re not taking any new patients. I can’t get an appointment in Rockingham anywhere and they have 6 free appointments today?

One of the worst practice I’ve been to, feels like everything is a effort no care or compassion, just doing a job with no personal touch, they do not follow up on referrals or anything related to your health, I’ve high blood pressure and I’ve got to ask them to check it otherwise it’s not on their agenda, a very cold and impersonal experience.

Very good experience doctor was very understanding and caring she listened to my complaint and followed through

Have struggled to find a decent doctor who listens and treats you as a person and not a number, but I felt like the doctor here really wanted to help me and listened to me and wasn't trying to rush me out the door, will definitely be keeping as my GP thankyou

My family has been using this practice for many years. The staff are compassionate and understanding people who treat their clients like people. What more can you ask of medical staff in times as difficult as these.

Excellent surgery, new to practice, nurse did health check saw dr, she was fabulous listened to my medical history. Just great very satisfied with service provided. 10/10 from me

They don't pick up phone for appointments rude reception and all of the doctors english is poor.long waits.

The doctors are friendly and understanding. Always happy with the service we receive, from both doctors and reception.

Absolutely disgusting. Refusal to provide medical treatment as they are too busy with COVID shots. I guess it pays more to inject people with poison than to treat actual medical conditions. I will report to the medical board. The Hippocratic oath means nothing to these people.
