Ribs & Burgers

Disappointing visit today to a venue that was once one of my favourites. Young girl on the till was stroppy and unfriendly. Ordered the southern chicken burger which used to be amazing - not today tho. Seems you’ve changed this burger and it’s nowhere near as good. Last time it was a juicy big piece of chicken and tasted great, today it was a tiny piece of chicken that tasted and looked like a frozen processed piece of chicken. Sorry but whatever you’ve done you should revert to the previous style.

First time I had been to this restaurant and I was very impressed with the quality and taste of the food. I also wanted to make a mention to the waitress who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Georgia seated us and went above and beyond with hospitality. She is a credit to your restaurant! FIVE STAR SERVICE!

Employees are always very welcoming, rates are affordable and the place is always well organized. They offer an awesome range of fresh food. I like eating here.

Service was a bit slow due to lunch rush. Staff was polite and professional. Food was yummy and they followed my order exactly since I had a special request. I got my food fast and all the workers were great!

We go to ribs and burger perth because we are loyal, its been some time since our last visit to it, sadly the lunch quality today was below average, burger shrinked in size it became almost kids size, chips was not as legend as it used to be, apple and cabbage salad was tasteless, flame grilled chicken breast was really small in portion. We were speachless like whats wrong all of a sudden? Prices were shooting in price tho, did not shrink like the food! I wish ribs and burger gain their good old best quality back

The best burgers, and if you are after a real milk shake, you have to try their Vanilla malt shake. We have been back many times, and it has always been a treat. Highly recommend.

Salt city.service is good but food was way to salty. Really just overpriced fast food with the usual fast food dirty amenities.probably wont be back anytime soon.

Had lamb ribs, disappointed as they didnt remove the sinew before cooking, took ages to get it off. What meat I did have tasted wonderful, but for what little meat I had, it was way overpriced.

The whole time I was enjoying my incredible double cheeseburger I was thinking about Marshall from How I met your mother when he found the best burger in New York City. I just found the best burger in the city of Perth. Everything about the burger was incredible. The smoky juicy patty, the cheese, the soft bun, onions and the pickles. It was indeed God talking to us through food!

Nice little joint. Food is well presented and can be proud to say "Ive been there, burgers are pretty good".

Went there on their busiest time, wanted to ask for some extra sauce but didnt have any on the counter. So I asked the chef cooking behind the counter for some, mind you they were flat out with orders, but this gentleman, Matt, hooked me up with the sauce i was looking for. Great customer service!

Great service, delectable food, lovely venue and reasonably priced. Such a busy place with a queue out the door when we arrived but service was that quick we only waited 5mins to get in, order, seated and food on the table within 15mins. We had the large lamb rack (highly recommend) pork baby back ribs (large portion and the signature sauce 5) also tried the southern chicken burger which was small but had alot of flavour.
Location is perfect as you are able to get straight off the train and into the queue. We will be back.

Great food, only downside is you have to queue up outside to order. Only one person taking orders and pouring drinks.

Burger buns much better since last time I tried R&B. Really nice experience and better than grill'd recent attempts.

Every time I get onion rings, I get a horrific stomach ache from all the oil. And yet I keep ordering onion rings.

"Butcher's Slider" was beautiful! I loved the beef patty very much and the orange source they provided was so tasty and it really went well with the chips too. Loved it! I went there with 4 friends at lunch time so it was pretty crowded and there was a long queue.

Usually has a queue to get in but no more than a 10 minute wait. Delicious burgers, amazing chips and happy friendly staff.

Had the chicken burger, it was delicious. A mate got salmon. Portion sizes were far too small for the price, but the chips were really nice. Great location with a well designed restaurant, would be made better with more generous portions.

The staff there are friendly and the food is fab. If you want burgers near the level of places like Jus and Grill but don't have the places this is the one to go. But if you have sensitive ears I recommend having headphones because they have loud music playing.

Honestly probably my favourite place to get a burger in the city. The service is good, albeit better if you're there in a group rather than on your own. Probably one of my only criticisms is the price, however when the food is that good you can't really blame them for demanding a decent price!
