Ribs & Burgers

Food is ok but the staff aren't overly polite or friendly. Every time I've been here for dinner it feels like the staff are trying to rush you out the door. I ordered the wagyu burger, it came out dry and tough. My companion ordered a normal burger and the patty was full of gristle. There are better burger places to spend your money.

Wonderful. Personally I love this place. Very Good variety of burgers and Ribs. Children friendly meals. Also vegan options. Meats are also certified as Halal certified meats. So caters for different eating requirements, no one is left out.

Got the standard serve of ribs from this place. Came with chips. Everything tasted pretty good. Was close to 30 dollars.

Burgers and chips were great! The thickshakes are one of the best I've had. The chicken tenders were actually tender and had flavor, not dry and bland. The service was fast and efficient. Will dine again.

Set in the middle of Perth city this house of all things burgers is testament to inner city business driven by high quality products suceeding. The burgers are fantastic, and the service even more so.

Great for a first date experience.
However the small burger $20 tasted like it was pre cooked then warmed up in a ton of sauce. Heaps of mustard.
I think the bacon was sow stall free because it had alot of flavour.

Amazing ribs, milkshakes and comfortable booths. Very friendly and helpful staff with a family of 5 and a pram. Can get a little noisy inside

Tried it for first time. Burgers are tasty could have been bigger. Nice atmosphere and ambience. It was busy but service was fast.

Apsoloutly awesome survive, great environment to sit down an have a delectable hamburger/other. Food and drinks 100/100. Best Birthday lunch ever.

Went in for lunch today with my son, staff seem to have pretty generic service. Tried to order the burger feast that was advertised but told it’s only available between Monday & Thursday’s. That’s fine, but there wasn’t any signage stating that. Hence why we tried to order it. Had we of known that prior to ordering, we wouldn’t have tried to order it in the first place.
Then we ordered 2 burgers, one without tomatoes & pickles… it came out with tomatoes in it…. I told the wait staff, he took it back to the kitchen… and wait for it…. Chef just picked the tomatoes off Couldn’t be bothered making it again the way it was ordered in the first place.
Sure, we should’ve just picked it out ourselves.
The southern chicken burger came out separately and I had to chase up the fries we ordered too, think they might’ve been forgotten about.
Staff just wanted to go on their breaks I think as the service to rectify things was brushed off. Can’t say I’d be back in hurry or recommend it considering the prices didn’t match the quality/service.
Manager on duty/boss/ owner guy seemed genuinely happy though.

Burgers had too many pickles, so the flavour was not well balanced. The vheesy chips where not cheesy, and spicy. If you enjoy spicy food, this is the place for you.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Paid for a meal and was waiting to be seated for 15 minutes before I decided to ask for a refund so I could go get lunch somewhere else. Staff should let customers know there will be a wait time before taking orders and they shouldn't take orders at all if the restaurant had already hit full capacity.

Food was fantastic service was great, polite waiter Darren super cool asked if the food was ok, wasn’t pushy allowed me to work on my diary in store:) happy days

Staff was very friendly and helpful with smile on face, Very hard working Indian ladt staff. Very good service provided.

Food is delish, but they 100% get your order wrong every time. I honestly don’t know how they do that! Literally every time. Food is good though!

It was amazing the burger was juicy the ribs were saucy and the chips are crispy so just overall it’s got amazing definitely coming again

Always loved this place as a central meet-up point with my mates. Previously the meal was always nice but I went a couple weeks ago and ordered the steak - it was tough, dry and chewy (ordered a medium so no it was not from overcooked meat), definitely not worth the price especially in a place that "specialises" in meat.hopefully better next time but not in a rush to come back.

Great as usual. One of the few restaurants that consistently provides good food and service. If you are not happy with your food, they happily address it. Seldom that happens.

I ordered a oldschool cheese double burger. They really could have put more ingredients in there. I was not satisfied by the small portion.
This burgers was not special.
Another overrated boring burger junction.
People that ate there were noisy and rude.
