Retravision Osborne Park

Management of this store exhibited a split personality in my two dealings. Very helpful and courteous leading up to getting my business. Standoffish and and rude when I attempted to return the damaged goods four days later. I was interograted as a criminal not a customer. Went to Retravision Cannington the next day who completely contradicted Osborne Parks return policy. I am a supporter of buying WA but these types of experiences push me back to Large National Department stores. Tread warily.

Above and beyond service from Alexis when we purchased a new oven last weekend. He made sure we dotted every i and crossed every t to ensure that there would not be any surprises upon install. Thank you!

Right from when I rang to check the price and stock of items I wanted, to carrying my goods to my car, the service and price was excellent. I was a very happy shopper. Mario enquired if I was an RAC member without my having to ask and additional to the already low price I received an extra 5% discount for being a member. Store was cool, well organised and well stocked, with easy parking at the door. I sure will be a regular shopper at Mario's Retravision in the future. Avoid Retrovision delivery service at all costs. Never have I had such a horrible experience. First problem was the fact we agreed on a time of delivery 3.30 pm left work on my lunch break to make it in time from delivery then I received a text message at 3.43 pm informing me to call, very rude and hostile man telling me he’ll be another 30 mins. Ending up arriving at 5.15 pm absolutely pathetic time management. Complaining the whole time about how heavy the washing machine was, asking to help him with it! Bloody outrageous attitude. Just dumps the washing machine in the house. Forgets our mat we had purchased and which we were told would be delivered with the washing machine. Don’t bother wasting your time at this place.

I cannot rate the care and service of the staff at Retravision Osborne Park higher than 5 stars but if I could I would. I am a single father with a child with severe disabilities and have required several electrical appliances over time. The staff at Retravision Osborne Park have gone out of their way many times to assist us and provide us appliances that meet our requirements. Thankyou Retravision Osborne Park, Thankyou so very much.

I went to Retravison.as they are a major sponsor of the harness racing in W. A. So far, I've purchased a Samsung TV, LG Fridge and a Yamaha sound bar.
I was unable to set up my sound bar, but Alexis guided me over the phone to set it up. For that great service, i thought they thoroughly deserved their 5 stars.

10/10 excellent service from Rob C at Retravision Osborne Park who I bought a brand new LG 55" TV from 2-3 weeks ago.

I chose Retravision due to the fact that when browsing online the chat feature popped up and I thought this might be helpful. Well this chat feature is a blessing because it helped guide me to the best appliance store in Perth. Malcolm from the Online team was very helpful and forwarded my requests to the Osborne Park store where Rob happily assisted and provided his suggestions in an email on what TV to buy based on what I said was important to me (having a good remote, having component inputs plus apps for Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus as well as shortcut buttons for apps on the remote). I took his advice and got an LG 55" TV, especially because the remote is the most important feature in my opinion and I don't like the new Samsung tiny remote that is missing half the buttons.

When I was faced with an unfortunate hiccup of the TV being faulty I got it replaced easily thanks to Rob's assistance and Rob was then happy to honour the 60 day price guarantee after the TV went on special the next week. Rob has amazing customer service and has been a delight to deal with. I can't thank him enough for his professional level of service and excellent knowledge. He even helped put it in our car which was great.

I'll be sure to tell all my family and friends that Retravision Osborne Park is the best place to shop where Retravision will match competitor prices and do the RAC Member 5% discount. Great service deserves to be recognised and rewarded. I truly hope you get recognised and rewarded Rob for your amazing service. I look forward to seeing you and the team again when we get our next TV or another appliance.

I rang this store and spoke to Mark regarding the purchase of a Microwave oven. Mark could not have been more helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Amazingly my oven was delivered the very same day.

Great customer service from alexis i recommend if u want to buy anything to go to him in store he is great he helped me alot and did not give up on my tv when TCL wasn't giong to do anything about the problem, so thankful:)

I went in to buy a fridge and needed one urgently and Mark instantly arranged the one on the floor for me to purchase and 3 hours later I had it delivered and the old one taken away.
