We have dealt with these guys a few times. Air conditioning, fridge, new tv and various appliances. Always top blokes, quick delivery and the best prices. Got delivery of our new TV today and we are stoked. Delivery and removal is spot on and nothing is too much hassle. Thanks guys legends!

I wish I could give more than just five stars for the service I received from Alexis! He was a game-changer in my quest for a new air conditioning system. From the very beginning, Alexis was right there with me, answering all my questions and guiding me through the options. It felt like having a friend in the biz!

The installation scheduling could have been a headache, but Alexis handled it like a pro. His knowledge about the products really shined through and helped me feel confident in my choices. A quiet afternoon and I was in need of a microwave. I figured out which one I wanted ahead of time and went into the store. The gentleman there greeted me and asked if he could help. Yes, I showed him the model I was after and his face fell. Massively oversold he told me. Had one himself. But let him just check his warehouse if I didn't mind waiting. I didn't. And I was not waiting long, for soon he returned with the very thing. Fast, friendly, efficient and helpful. He even carried it out to my car for me!
Will shop again, and I'd forgotten about the RAC discount, but was reminded. Thank you Retravision!

I bought a fridge and had the best support given by Rob C.at RetraVision in Osborne Park! The delivery man was also very careful with the facilities and product.

Excellent customer service from Alexis. Purchased a rangehood after some top advice will visit again.

We purchased an LG 14kg top loader washing machine as recommended by Alexis, it has been the worst washing machine that I have purchased, it does not do what it supposed to do as per the manual, they will not refund my money.
I organised a technician to look at it, he said they are all the same, they do not do what they are suppose to do.
I have put it on te verge for roadside collection.

Our old fridge had died and Alexis the salesman was most helpful and asked all the right questions to ensure that we bought the best fridge at a great price. Delivery was great - no issues whatsoever. Very happy to shop here and highly recommend.

Hard to remember having a better experience from anywhere else when I've been shopping for any electrical appliance. Don't be fooled by appearances, as it is not a flashy big stand-out store & location but it is massive delivering exactly what a customer needs on every level. Fantastic customer service! My questions were answered with complete knowledge of any products pros/cons that I enquired about. Alex in particular has superior professionalism 2nd to none. All normal expectations that any customer would have were exceeded, (I feel) in comparison to every previous experience I've had in other electrical appliances stores. If they don't have the particular product you want, they will get it in for you & at a competitively better price too. None of the sales staff are pushy, not even in the slightest bit. This Retravision Osborne Park is by far one of the better stores I've ever been into. Delivery, installation & disposing of any old product that you're replacing is all taken care of. Best prices for ANY electrical appliance you can find, hands down by far. Take the best price of something from somewhere else & they'll beat it. No-one will do better than them. Go ahead & try to prove me wrong. Thank you Alex & Retravision. You've got this customer for life.

I have successfully dealt with Retravision OP before and some of my family members also buy here.

During the Christmas sale (NYE arvo) I called the shop and talked to Mason he was knowledgeable, pleasant, honest and helpful. As a customer, I felt that my queries and purchase mattered and this is one of the reasons the OP shop is great:)

I had every intention of going in-store to buy the air con that day and I will definitely do that when I actually plan my white goods purchase properly (as I usually do). The primary reasons I didn't go in-store- as suggested - to buy air con plus install was the pressing time frame (buying for a third-party), lack of sleep, that it was New Year's Eve and the heat of the day.

I ended up buying elsewhere *only* because the installation fee was available on that competitor's website as a 'product': each kind of install was listed and priced as a different product / service e.g. Air con under 4KW. So to buy quickly I only needed to add product [Specific brand air con 3.5KW] and service [install for air con under 4KW]. A delivery fee was charged at checkout,

I continue to recommend Retravision Osborne Park for their excellent customer service and quality product range.

However, I do suggest Retravision head office talk to their web people and look at improving info on install etc.perhaps by adding this [installation fee as separate product/s i.e services] as an option on their website for the disorganised and the rushed! I know this may be difficult due to a range of prices for installation / outsourcing etc.etc.

Regardless, I will be back in-store for my next white goods buy.if I'm not in a huge rush! Thanks

Very poor service. I recently purchased a dishwasher. Their communications on delivery was very poor and their person who delivered and installed the dishwasher was unpleasant and did not do a good job. I would not recommend this Retrovision store.

Great service and prices. Their friendly and helpful advice is spot on. I shopped around for a digital projector but they were the best - always my first choice on a range of electrical appliances.

Excellent service by Mario and his team, I was kept in informed with the delays with the delivery of our new oven.

I would 100% recommend and purchase items from Retravison Osborne Park again.

Great local store with above and beyond customer service.
The store isn’t large like JB or Harvey Norman however the have a fairly good range of electronic and electrical products.

Extremely rude, went to check availability for a samsung washing machine, the moment i showed the "gentleman" the machine I was looking for I been told I "should do my research on Samsung washing machines" and that "there's a reason you won't find then in shops", well retravision does sell then online so I really don't understand, left the store really confused and upset.

Very unhelpful.
Rang to see if they had a Miele vacuum in stock, which they did. Asked if they could hold it for me and I would be other straight away and was told no we cant do that with low stock. Fair enough.

So i offered to pay over the phone, I was again told No we dont do that either.
How ridiculous, you guys just cost yourself a $650.00 sale. You must be raking in money to knock back that.

Bought a tv from Retravision and had issues with the tv where there was a dark band across the top, spoke to Alexis, who got right on to it and sorted the problem out quickly and efficiently and he even did a follow up to let us know whats happening. Svet
