Spacious with a great range of appliances. Staff are friendly and not pushy. They all seem to have good product knowledge, with fairly competitive pricing. Whenever I need an appliance this is my preferred place to go to.

Always helpful staff who are the opposite of the pushy sales people at the opposition stores across the road. And there is no music blaring either. I have made multiple purchases from here. Everything from TV's to toothbrushes and the experience has always been great.

I purchased a new fridge from the Store in November 2018 and after I had installed it I noticed a minor issue with the item. Instead of dismissing the issue I had, they offered me several options, including replacing the fridge. They did this at no cost and even delivered and installed the new fridge and removed the other one.

Very impressed. Got a great deal on an electrolux fridge and then when we found a few small dents on the fridge Nino worked through the situation in a very professional manner over the phone and organised a discount from Electrolux which we were very pleased with. Both Retravison and Electrolux I would recommend.

1. I came in to buy a microwave as mine caught fire, not even thinking I might be able to claim because it might be under warranty.
2. I did not expect your sales man to check to see if my microwave was still under warranty.
3. Put me through to the manager, (you Lorrelle) who could not do enough for me then faxed copy of invoice to supplier.
4. You then told me if they do not get in touch with me in a couple of days to contact you.
5. You then emailed a copy of my invoice to the service people for Sharp and to me.

Thank you to the Retravision Cannington team with rarely seen customer service. Bought best value goods for house while was being built. Were patient and no charge for keeping goods till house ready - almost a year later. When the promotional offer for free 3-month netflix with the TV I bought expired, they offered to renew it the very day I finally arranged delivery. Very generous and above and beyond service. Forget the other stores - make Retravision the store for your collective household goods.

After having an absolutely appalling experience with Haier it was nice to have a pleasant experience with retravision cannington who go that step further to make it a positive experience. They will be my go to appliance store from now on

So my mum needed a new tv and asked me to find one for her so i visited the cannigton retravision store and was blown away with their massive tv wall. The selection of tvs was amazing and the customer service was pretty good too.even tho they had some awesome 70inch tvs which i would have definitely bought i settled for the smaller one that my mum had requested to keep her happy. Thanks to the staff for your wonderful help.
