Staff (Henry) was awesome. Not my first time shopping there. Definitely won't be my last.

Sales person Komal had a friendly attitude and was knowledgeable in the product we were interested in. Didn't come across as a high pressure salesperson, so we felt at ease when dealing with her.

I was served very quickly by Thalia and the products I asked were well explained and available straight away. In and out in ten minutes, great service, great prices.

Went in 99% sure of what I wanted. Product was easy to find, alternatives close by and was able to compare and choose with a minimum of fuss. Staff on hand to help were friendly but not pushy.

Great service, efficient and fast! I'll definitely return here as opposed to other similar stores in the same area. Retravision ALWAYS have a great price and even without specials, are ALWAYS cheaper!

Rang and spoke to a salesperson called Cody.
Cody was friendly and knowledgeable on the fin oil heater I was inquiring about and it was the last one left in that brand. Cody held it for me for 3 hours and when I payed and picked it up he very nicely carried it to the car for me. Great service and a very friendly staff atmosphere. A very happy customer all round

Travis was very helpful with the purchase of our fridge. Highly recommend him. Will certainly be back for our dishwasher. Thanks Travis.

Very helpful! My Mum has Parkinson’s and needed some appliances that were easy for her to operate. I found the man who helped me very knowledgeable and I got exactly what I needed.

Ben Dewar and his staff are amazing and you can see how much he cares about his customers with the good old fashion service he delivers learned from other Retravision managers from yesteryear.
When you shop direct with such a great guys along with his staff you get looked after so well especially when the manufacturer tries to make you jump through loop holes.
I'd recommend Retrovision Cannington to anyone wanting to make your next purchase as these guys really care.

We went back to Retravision in Cannington a few times pondering our big decision this time we met a wonderful young man Jason. He listened to what we needed and was so helpful. He explained everything so we could understand, gave us a demonstration even went and got a remote and showed us how that worked Thanks Jason for all your help and consideration. We bought everything we needed.
