Great service! We have always used Reid’s Bootmakers for shoe repairs and recently bought a replacement car key and batteries for our remotes. Cannot fault the service and at a very reasonable price. We love supporting such an awesome local business.

Tried these guys for the first time and I couldn’t be happier as they did a wonderful job replacing the heels and soles. Top notch workmanship with very clean lines, perfect cut and fit and with zero mess from any excess glue! Reids is definitely the best cobblers in Perth by far and well worth the 5 stars if not more! Second time that I have been to Reid's Bootmakers with regards to vehicle immobilisers for different vehicles.
Both times it has been prompt, friendly and helpful service. I highly recommend them for that and if I ever have a pair of shoes that I wish to fix will be happy to see how well they handle that.

Staff member's attitude not great after I made inquiries as to job done. Both soles already coming away after 2 months of wear. Personally won't be going back.

I read reviews of good workmanship and can vouch for acceptable workmanship. There is never anything extraordinary about their service. I’ve had soles done and paid $75 and they didn’t even bother to polish their finger prints off the shoes. The think that stands out the most about this business is the rudeness of the guys behind the counter. First lesson should be how to deal with customers, especially when your business relies on returning clientele.

Today I just gone to fix my key which Joe charged $25 for shell and $45 for key cutting. Feel $45 for key cutting is a bit more or may be I am wrong as I haven't done that any where before. However, Joe charged $175 for a replacement key (with remote and chip) which I feel much reasonable and cheaper. Good and quality items. Will go back sometime.

If your looking for a quality repair this is the place, more than the kiosks but the quality of yesteryear.

Excellent customer service. They were kind enough to work with manufacturers if a remote model is not available.

After doing a lot of research (including contacting Gliderol in both Australia and the UK) and after contacting numerous other businesses that claimed to know what they were doing I eventually found Reid's who were able to help solve a problem with an old Gliderol remote. They brought the old remote back to life and then cloned it to a new and more reliable remote. Excellent service. Really friendly people to deal with. Keenly priced. I have absolutely no qualms about recommending their services. David

I get the soles of my shoes raised because I had a broken leg and it is now almost 2cm shorter. They have a specialist that raises the soles of shoes to match your needs. I'm very happy with the quality of work they provide.
