Red Sands Is the best place to rent a car or camper from. We loved both Olivia and Jo (names of the cars. Jo is a 4WD camper and was both comfortable to drive and to sleep in (or should i say Sleep on since it was a rooftoptent) With Jo we traveled the red centre and the Tanamiroad. With Olivia, A luxerious 4WDcar, we traveled theGibb RiverRoad. The Service in both Darwin and Broome is amazingly good. Keep up the good work

We had a great experience with Red Campers they were well equipped to do 4 wd we did over 4000 klms from Broome down to Perth did a lot of beaches and national parks my feedback would be to equip cars with maxi tracks. Our car setup was quite new the latches on the rooftop tent were too hard too undo and clip back on. The step ladder needs to be higher for reaching up to do roof top tent. The other feedback is the step ladder for climbing up to roof top tent needs wider treads too hard on your feet. Kings have a lot more comfortable ladder. We found Red Campers very good to deal with Thankyou for our experience especially when we dropped off in Perth the young guy was so good. Must say though I will be 70 next year it was a experience of a lifetime Thankyou

Best car rental Company ever. The cars are perfect equipped and very reliable. We have done a trip in Western Australia about 9000 km and every kilometre was fun with our Red Sands car.

Top maintained and new vehicles. It is not just one supplier among many, but a company with a lot of experience of what a vehicle and equipment should be like. Would recommend RedSands to anyone. We traveled comfortably with 4 people in the Hilux over 8'500km.

Well equipped campervan with good off-road ability that enabled us to get to difficult to access locations despite widespread WA flooding, including Purnululu & El Questro. Staff very helpful and company refunded hotel costs when leaking tents forced us to seek refuge one night.

We were received very warmly and the car (Les) was explained to us in detail.
We spent 6 unforgettable weeks in WA and Les never let us down. We can absolutely recommend Redsandscamper and wish the great team all the best for the future.

Probably best place around Perth to hire 4wd with gear. We hired hilux with all the extras for 3 week from there. Car ran smooth and was in good condition.

We traveled with "Rose" from Darwin to Perth in 2 months (more than 12.000km). We had a great time. This 4wd-camper was by far the best car we've ever rented. The info, service en support of the Redsands Team is very good. For a trip with a 4wd-camper we highly recombinant Redsands.

We had an absolute blast with our Redsands Camper. The setup is so well thought through with the double rooftop tents and the equipment on board. We considered a campervan before we found Redsands and that was the best decision ever. We were very flexible with the Redsands Camper being able to camp anywhere where it was allowed. Great electrics with second battery and inverter which lasted two days at least to power the fridge, lights and our devices during the trip. Charges fast again after running the engine to the next stop. We have taken quite a number of off-road tracks we would certainly not have been able to visit with a campervan. Our total trip was 7,000 km over five weeks and we handed the car back with pain in our heart. Highly recommended!

This November 2022, we were travelling to Australia for the first time and were looking for a real 4WD camper adventure. RedSands fullfilled everything we‘ve could imagined! From the personal customer care, the professional explanation of the camper at the pick up station (thank you James) to the uncomplicated and quick drop-off (thank you Jodie).
Our camper, called Ian, took us over 6000km along the coastline of WA and never let us down. The whole camper set up is fully and clever equipped with attention to details and the roof-top tent was very comfortable. Thanks to a built-in air compressor, we could playfully deal with the soil conditions and Ian mastered every off-road terrain we encountered.
We highly recommend RedSands Campers and we definitely will come back!

We hired "Tim", premium 5 people campervan for a 3 weeks family road trip from Broome to Perth. I cannot recommend RedSands high enough: the quality of the van and the gears, nothing was missing and the quality of the service. Will definitely use them again (for the Gibbs!)

I don’t normally go to the trouble to write reviews but wanted to make an exception with Red Sands Campers.
After 2 years of Covid impacted planning, our family of 5 finally made it to Perth and picked up a Red Sands Landcruiser Prado in June 2022 complete with purpose built extras like fridge, sun shade, chairs, storage, compressor plus much more.
Booking online and numerous calls (thank you Louise) plus clear, concise and timely information gave us comfort that we knew what we were getting.
Pick up in Perth was punctual, friendly and combined with a very thorough briefing so we knew what we were in for.
Over 23 days as we drove from Perth to Exmouth to Karijini and then onto Broome and Cape Leveque, the vehicle did everything we hoped it would and performed as expected.
And when in Exmouth we had a self inflicted (fuel related) problem that threatened to derail our trip, a call to Red Sands (thank you Wayne) reassured as that it was fixable, quickly, and with only a modest extra cost. We got the car back and on the road in half a day and continued on our trip.
Great customer service is rare these days, but I would have no hesitation in recommending Red Sands for their diligent, courteous and reasonable approach - how refreshing!

We were lucky to win a 7 day 5 person camper through Destination WA. RedSands is very easy to deal with from booking the camper to pick up. Both Louise & James were very efficient in their job. James gave us a guided tour of everything the camper has to offer. It is very well set up for preparation & cooking meals. The tent was very easily set up & handled the very windy conditions that we experienced. Great company to deal with. Keep up the good work.

We had an incredible trip in our RedSands Camper! The team have thought of everything so we literally had to bring our clothes and food and that was it! The campers are so well set up, with a place for everything and so much space. The rooftop tents were so comfortable, with great matresses and comfy pillows and doonas. Our little kids loved hanging out in their rooftop tents - they felt like they were in little treehouses! We went totally off grid for a few days and had plenty of power, gas and water which was great. We did lots of 4WDing and the camper handled it all with ease. Would reccommend a RedSands adventure to anyone!

Amazing service! 4wd comes kitted out with everything you could possibly need. Staff are lovely and helpful at all times. We accidentally caused some damage and they charged us a very fair price to fix (we were really worried that we would be charged a lot lot more!). Can’t thank RedSands enough and will be recommending to all our friends!

We rented for 10 days with RedSands Campers and went from Broome to Kununurra. The equipment was top notch and everything worked perfectly. The campers are very well equipped; you truly have everything you'll need and everything is very well thought through. The service was great, and we got a thorough 1 hour demo of all the equipment when we picked up the camper. Unfortunately, we had a few damages to the camper during the trip. Redsands quickly processed the repairs and charged a very fair price for it (we can recommend RentalCover.com to reduce the excess to zero - they paid out 100% of the cost of repairs within 24 hours). All in all, it was a great experience renting with RedSands Campers. Highly recommend

I would recommend Red Sands for any vehilce hire. We hired 2 vehicles for a Kimberley adventure. The vehicles were well set up and Red Sands were very easy to deal with. When one of the vehicles developed a small mechanical issue, Red Sands organised the repairs quickly at a time that suited us. Thankyou Red Sands.
