Absolute mess, poor service at the front desk and they leave you waiting there unless you prompt them for service.

First visit yesterday, only mistake was my employer gave me the wrong times which made me wait an hour before being seen but apart from that so far so good.

I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. After waiting 45 mintues, and after the person next to me enquired how long the wait would be, she was told the doctor is 2 hours behind. My appontment was 30 minutes after hers. Some communication would have been appreciated. I walked out and won't be coming back.

Have had great service from the team over the last couple months. Always do their best to accommodate booking appointments. Quality caring doctors. Friendly staff. Bit of wait time when calling though.

Friendly and professional service.i hate to think where I would be without my doctor I have been seeing.

Poor service for what is expected from a large organisation with obviously enough money to fix core business issues. 1 hour wait for a simple appointment with no communication on known delays. Front desk staff were rude and careless, snapping at each other while making loud complaints of errors and trying to blame each other, while some of them lack basic etiquette for greeting and farewelling customers. The saving grace is the medical staff who were very busy but very friendly and professional at all times. Get new office management and clear out the dead wood from the front desk!

Excellent service and fantastic professional staff. I was fitted in for micro surgery on my finger the following day after the hospital emergency. Follow up with the OT has been seamless.

I So wish I could give the service 5 stars, but the young receptionist I found to be rude, using hand gestures and no eye contact or friendly disposition, not at all what I expected unfortunately. However that was at the beginning, fortunately the specialist was well worth the trip as well as being friendly and informative, then on leaving a new receptionist served me with a Scottish accent And she was most helpful and knew her job very well.

A straight forward pre-employment medical was dragged out due to their laziness.
They requested additional information from my GP twice in the course of the review. Each time they took over a week to review it causing me to become unemployed due to their lack of professionalism. It doesn’t take 8 working days to read a three line letter from a GP.
Still waiting on my results over two weeks later.

Great service and therapy, friendly staff, surgery on my crushed hand. Only problem with this mob is I was marked as had full capacity when I wasn’t

Great place have been here for site fitness for work and DnA tests. Generally fast moving with nice staff only gripe is parking can get hard when full but isnt to much of an issue.

Knowledgeable doctors, friendly reception staff and the hand therapy team are outstanding! Amy and Tim are knowledgable, friendly and very focused on your personal recovery and gave me lots of support, information and different ways to heal. I am using them through a work injury and was a bit sceptical at first but my treatment has been fantastic and since my first appointment would be happy to recommend.

Would be one of the worst surgery's in Australia, always long waits, understaffed, overbooked and their specialist spinal doctor got his degree in a weet Bix box, if you want genuine medical I wouldn't recommend here

The staff are friendly, but slow. Note to management - if you require bookings for clients, it's a basic expectation to honour the given time slot. If you are running behind why not notify clients and we can leave home later.

There is always waiting even if you are booked for an appointment. Very good car park, easily accessible, friendly reception staff & doctors.

Went for a D&A ready to go once i got there but made to wait for an hour! Uncomfortable.if i had my choice i wouldn't go here

Receptionist are lovely and the guy doing the physical was lovely but then get to the drs and you will be waiting over 2 hours
