Husband’s surgery was a disaster, was awake watching his finger get cut open and skin draft, resulting in amputation from another provider after 6 weeks.

A little choatic at times. Doctors are really nice, and so are some of the staff, some staff are arrogantly stupip and freaks. Waiting time especially to be seen by a doctor is unreasonable. Anywhere else is quicker, so if given the choice go somewhere else, Logic Health in Morley are a bit more organised

On time for appointment and seen promptly in Bdlmont but they forgot to do a test that had been requested by their client. Result I have to take more time out of my day to attend the Joondalup clinic where there is zero parking. Plainly incompetent.

Worst customer service ever!
Rudly spoken to by the desk girls, I have never been spoken too in such a manner all my life.
No hello, spoke down too sat in her chair inappropriately. Extremely rude, Clearly doesn't want her job and should be taken off immediately. No communication skills and a horrible look on her face the whole time.
Went through to the "surgen" told that the accident that had happened was "stupid" and "how could you let that happen", "surely you're tough enough to not faint". Then proceeded to inject numbing solution without any explanation as to what's happening or what she is going to do and also stabbed straight though and out the otherside. Still not been told what she is doing and proceeded to remove and stitch up the area.
All extremely rude didn't listen to the patient, didn't check in at any time. Had their own conversations without thinking about the patient. I have never been treated in such a rude and inconsiderate manner. Other people would love their job. Maybe they should give it to them.

Really long wait times even with small numbers in waiting room. Basic medical & DAS arrived at 2: 15 pm departed at 4: 05.

Did my most recent pre-employment medical here and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
Arrived 10-15 minutes early as requested to do the paperwork but had to wait in line at reception for most of that time even though there was only 2 people in front of me. Finally got through at 7: 58am to do my paperwork on the iPad only to get halfway through it and have the nurse remotely cancel it and shut me out, only to make me re-do it all again in her office anyway.
Finally got through the paperwork and did the drug test, then waited over an HOUR AND A HALF later in the waiting room to see the doctor for the functional assessment.
Do the people running this place have no concept of the fact their customers actually have lives and have other things to do with our day besides sit here in their waiting rooms for medical assessments we don’t even want to do? Seriously, you need to either hire more staff or you need to stop scheduling in so many patients each day since your current staff obviously can’t keep up.
If any future employer tries to send me here I’ll flat out refuse.

This place is a joke I waited 3.5 hours to wee in a cup for my drug and alcohol test. Asked have they forgotten about me at the 1.5 he mark and proceeded to wait a further 2 hours. Negative stars for these clowns

Had a medical booked for 9 and walked out at 10 again. Easy and speedy process with super nice and friendly people working there. Cheers for making everything uncomplicated and straight-forward while offering great service!

I partner had day surgery there for a skin cancer removed. The room was like lunch room. Was sent home with nothing but don't get wet for 3 days.
7 weeks later up to 3rd course of stone antibiotics as it got infected. DO NOT USE THEM

I found this provider to be great, always on time friendly and professional.
Rob assisted me in rehab on a broken thumb, he was very professional in his approach and the exercises he gave me were beneficial in my speedy recovery, great manner and very knowledgeable.
Dr Thapa was always interested in progression throughout my 10 weeks.
Good job guys, could not have received better care.

Very delayed process compare to any where else, very neglected behaviour from front desk young receptionists bussy with Thier own chatting and unprofessional behaviour will definitely close Thier business for sure, I would never come here again and also inform my employer to do give other medical center, if don't have an alternative I would not take that job for sure.

An extremely bad experience, I was early and did not have photo id on hand as DL was stolen, I had picture of it, not acceptable, I also have the new highest rated digital ID on my Phone accepted by Australia Post WA polive and most Governement organisastions. The experience became harrasment and I became very upset as they refused to view my new Credit Card, Medicare card and pension card. Then they wanted it emailed from My phone, Im 54 and do not use email on my phone. I explained is was off a 12 hour shift and had recent heart surgery and I did not need the stress. There answer. Was throw me out.

NEVER EVER AGIAN. I was cool calm collective, went back calmly with Passport after rushing Home, WAS THROWN out again. Maybe my new employer just isnt meant to be

So good luck to anyone trying to get any service from these people. Mr Cool Calm and collective until some one really upsets me.

No warm up or stretch before my medical, no consideration for shorter people, even the bench was above my waist height! The timed step test was too tall for me, I was climbing not stepping. Therefore my muscles where over fatigued. For a fitness place, they need more training.
Felt like a number not a human!

Unfortunately poor customer service by reception staff when arriving. I had asked for help as the pre-screening forms on the tablet were not loading. The staff member seemed annoyed that I had asked, however, no clear instructions were given, initially I was rushed into the process.

I also believe the waiting room for the medicals could be more comfortable and inviting, it felt uneasy, more space between patients is needed (especially with COVID) (especially if you’re the only female in the room).

All staff during the medical process we’re excellent and made me feel comfortable. However, I unfortunately won’t be returning again.

Took nearly 3 hours for a pre employment medical. Extremely poor service. Only 2 Drs on yet didn't bother adjusting any bookings

The service is really bad and you will be attended to only in about 2 to 3 hours of your appointment time.

Great and experienced therapists with in depth exercises and recovery plans. However, the branch has bad responsive rate from reception when answering phone calls. First thing in the morning and I get to be put on hold with an automated operator saying they are experiencing high volume of calls? Like, really? And I only got to experience once after waiting for estimated 10 mins. I hope they tend to phones as good as they tend to customers face to face.

I have been in a few times the last couple weeks with a finger injury and have had the pleasure of being seen by the nurse Theresa, she is just so bloody nice! The staff at the front desk are funny and so down to earth, I actually look forward to coming!
