I have worked for redfield for quite a number of months as a drill fitter contracting. From the start John sleight has been very professional and prompt in every stage of on boarding through to continually checking in with his workers with great communication. I went through Redfield resources from a seek advert looking for offsiders. Through their own back they put me through the ‘introduction to drillers offsiding’ course. I felt the effort I put in was always matched by Redfield. Lewis (my recruiter) and the Redfield team found me a job with a diamond drilling company that was a perfect fit for me. I completed Redfield Drilling Services Introduction to Drilling course at Redfield Recourses Park - they have great facilities on site, definitely recommend for people who are thinking about driller's offsider position and have no idea about drilling/mining industry. I have better understanding now how the process goes and what you need to be able to handle for being driller's offsider. Instructor Aaron Gorbunow has amazing experience on the field and is a perfect person to teach this course. 10/10 Thanks Aaron for a great few days and all the tips and techniques which I will be using in the nearest future!
