Very dirty and poor service, I ordered the chicken wings and saw one of them grab a leftover chicken wing from one of the boxes from past customer and put in my chicken win g box! Got a instant refund and will never return

Food was pretty average, no customer service skills. Hygiene standards pretty bad too (saw a staff member wipe his mouth with his hand then touch our food - in COVID times, that’s pretty bad). Won’t be back

We have been to Currambine many times over the years but this is the last time.we deserve the best customer service considering how expensive it is. From now on we will be going to Joondalup instead of Currambine. Joondalup staff are very friendly and provide the best customer service.

Wow what terrible service. I ordered a chicken and gravy roll and when got home it was a chicken and mayo roll which I don't eat. I rang the store and politely asked if I could get a replacement as they have made a mistake. I was called a liar and that it was my mistake.totally unprofessional when the mistake was on their behalf to begin with. Upper management should investigate this store as it is highly unethical to call a customer a liar and pass the blame onto them when in fact the store made the mistake.

Never had a worse drive thru that I've been to. The last few times I've gone there is always items missing from the bag

Love their burgers. Not a fan of the other options like the full chicken etc. But very fresh and piping hot burgers.

Simple drive through. Service good enough. Chicken (whole) could've been better, chips were yum.

They apparently don't take vouchers even though I've used them here before and live in currambine and was delivered them in the mail:/ also had to repeat order a few times due to poor English

The team was polite and punctual with their service. Definitely a friendly crew that works here.

Had to ask me 3 times what I ordered despite me clearly spelling it out. Even after that they still managed to screw up my order, overcharged me and under supplied.

Food here is hit and miss, they do deliver and McDonald's dont.

Its just not my favorite of all fast food joints in WA and they up sale every time when I used to go there.

Never get delivery from this place. They are absolutely useless. One delivery driver, Bilal, has delivered to me twice now and both times he turns off the tracker when he isn’t at the house and hasn’t delivered the food and it then doesn’t come for about 40 minutes after that. So so strange.

Definitely do not recommend ordering from this Red Rooster. If you really want it, go to a different store.

I got my Red Rooster, it was Red Rooster. Nothing more, nothing less. Got what I expected, fast food with not so friendly service but I would go back when hungry because it just like the rest except I got the correct order and I didn't get short changed so that's pretty good!

Usually don't have a problem with this outlet but bought a quarter of chicken and chips on Thursday and didn't find out till too late it was not cooked all the way through! Spent a horrendous night feeling very ill and still feeling off two days later! Phoned to notify them but haven't heard back!

Food is nice, and service is average to good. Kids will love the food, as it is takeaway. Great place for a last minute dinner, and also great if you don't want to drive, as they deliver!
