Terrible unfriendly service. Came back years later because family ordered chickens here for Christmas, days in advance. Waited an absolute age to get them. Organisation and service just non existent.

English is not their language. Never get what you ordered and the quality is atrocious. Worse Red Rooster in Perth!

Ordered through Door Dash food dropped at door when opened stapled bag items were missing food was cold and not cooked properly chicken was raw in places rang the store spoke with manager who advised not his problem order was packed correctly it was the Delivery drivers and Door Dash problem and then the manager hung up on me while still talking

Definitely do not recommend anyone coming here.

The quality in food has dropped drastically, the price has increased substantially and the service is terrible. Unlike bigger fast food chains, the deals and prices also differ even if another store is down the road like at Joondalup. They don't honor the same deals.

We are regular customers and the passed two times this week we have had soggy chips, not fresh at all very disappointing, we always Order chicken and chips and also their tropical packs,

One sits at drive thru for a while to receive a bag that when home, doesnt contain all the different sides advertised, that you paid for. Or you rock up, ask for the $5 special and they want $7 for it because they are unaware of that large sign advertising their $5 meal. 18 Jan 23, refused to honor app deal. 19 Jan, asked to leave feedback - I did on the 18th

The man asking for your drive-thru order states "welcometoredrooster placeyourorderwhenready" so fast it's almost inaudible.

Place seems to have average lighting, staff seem 'flogged'. The food is at least cooked. It's drive thru chook. Sure we go back, but it's a regular 3 star "ok" place.

Ordered upsized quarter chicken n chips. Well the coke was OK. Meal was luke warm. Drumstick minute a tough. There was hardly any meat on the the rest. I did eat what I could but let the manager know that the value for money was poor. Recommend you check portions before leaving shop. RR please don't respond or apologise, just don't serve sub par food.

First time trying here and the food is totally disgusting no wonder they get less customers even the price rage is way over from the normal red roosters so expensive id highly not recommend this fast food place my rate is 1/10 honestly gutted and disappointed (SOMEBODY PLEASE SHUT THIS DOWN)

Have only been through about 4x in recent times. Sometimes the chicken is super tasty, but the other times it has been dry & overcooked. Haven't been inside the store (always drive-thru).

Asked for fresh chips tonight and they were the worst chips I have ever had, cold, soggy, dark brown colour, very oily too, Definitely not FRESH.
Chicken very dry, not very enjoyable dinner, ️
The young girl that served us was not very friendly either.
All in all not a great experience.

Fantastic chicken burgers. Old stale chips and a rude indian guy behind the counter. Kitchen staff loud. Will not dine-in here again. Sad.

OK. I've tried Red Rooster Fired Chicken before and been it's been ok. But The fried chicken from this store last night was fantastic. Don't know if they do anything different to other stores but it was way better than KFC. Chips were epic as well. Will be back.

There is one manager at this store that is fantastic. We ask for fresh chips due to dietary requirements (food that has been sitting out makes the oil sit in it and it upsets my stomach, I have to be very careful with fried food) and the food is always hot, fresh and delicious. Always get fantastic and friendly service.
The other manager, however, is incredibly rude to both customers and staff. He was screaming at the poor girl who was just trying to do her job. We asked for fresh food again and the food was awful. Chips were so soggy and cold and clearly had been sitting in oil. Box was not full at all, last time we had to take it back, this time we couldn’t. This manager seems to go out of his way to give soggy chips, I’ve never tasted such awful chips. We were told we would definitely get fresh chips due to ordering three meals but definitely didn’t. Chicken and pineapple was ok.
Each time this happens I am sick the next day and this is not the first time. How can you purposely make your customers sick? What if the customer was pregnant?
We will only return on the nights where the nice manager is on (seems to be weekends, bad manager on Thursday?).

Horrible customer service each time I have visited. I thought I’d give them another try went through the drive thru and got cut off whilst talking and extremely disrespectful attitude. Won’t be returning will be going to another red rooster moving forward! Just like to add the other reviews have stated the same poor attitude and you continue to employ this person really needs to re assessed!

Oh.my.god the guys manners at the window are deplorable! Grunts through the speaker and cuts you off and is even ruder face to face! I will never ever come back here as long as this guy works here. How embarrassing for the owner of this franchise to be represented by someone so rude! If he’s the owner I have no idea how ‍️

Had to return to get some of the order as not supplied, then discovered more missing. Rang to talk to the manager who was very unprofessional and offered nothing for their mistake. Not well run.

I purposed to my girl friend of 20 years said no and stormed out I bursted out crying and your staff did nothing about it.also the chips kinda fire

Our Take Away Lunch from Red Roster Currambine, last week, it has been a while since we last popped in, mustn’t leave it so long for the next one. The staff member who took our order was jovial and friendly, well done.

We both went for the Tropicana Pack, our personal favourite, we took it down to Burns Beach to enjoy.

It was beautiful, piping hot fresh, the Chicken just fell off the bone so tender and juicy, Pineapple sweet and juicy, the chips we’re fresh and crisp, having it by the Ocean, with the fresh sea air, total bliss. Five Stars out of Five for sure.
