CUSTOMER SERVICE: Drive-Through staff need training in the basics of common sense of which there currently is none.

Handed the young lady at the window the money and she throws the change at me with notes and coins flying everywhere. Couldn't get out of the car to go chasing the flyaway notes as there's a brick wall at the driver side door and cars banked up behind!

God only knows how much money is flying around the outside of your store due to incompetent kids you have working for you.

To the owner who keeps responding to other one star reviews with 'fill out our contact form', don't bother with your dribble! I've tried your useless contact form 3 times and no one responds.

FOOD QUALITY: Not even fit for pig food. The amount of salt used will give you a coronary heart attack and the chicken is past it's expiry date. You can taste it's not right, and the proof comes about 4 hours later when every internal organ feels like it's trying to vacate your body.

Always nice and fresh with friendly staff but please for the love of God add salt on the chips every time I forget to ask their is literally not on there and the chips are so boring

Got a takeaway this evening ordered 2 burgers, large chips got home only one burger, rang halls head store which were quite insistent I only ordered 0ne burger
Also note the burger and chips I received were only lukewarm disgusting

My wife went in today to order two meals. We wanted mash potatoes peas and chicken meal, with one extra chicken.
When we got home we had two meals which we did not order, it was 3 pieces of chicken 1 pineapple ring 1 small chips and a small potato and gravy no extra chicken.
It’s the first time we had been in there.
People that work at this place don’t bother what you order.

Staff have poor attitude food is below average they've stopped selling cheers burgers don't even have tomato sauce to put on your burger and don't don't even have fried chicken half the time and to add to all that the staff expect you to be happy with that! What a joke you've become!

I'm eating a rippa sub with chewy bread, warm limp lettuce and rubbery chicken cause the WHOLE THING was MICROWAVED. Lettuce? MICROWAVED

Rippa roll bought today, an hour or so after eating started feeling queazy. Have not stopped hurling all afternoon. Thank you very much for the food poisoning

Went through drivethru didn't realise the order was wrong drove down the beach to have lunch only to discover they had made a mistake wasn't happy. Went back to sort it out Managrr helpful but it was too late to rectify wouldn't go back there again.

4/5 times when I get my food from here its in nice condition and packaged well. Could do with a bit cheaper prices though.

Brought 2 rooster rolls from the halls head store to be violently ill 2 hours after eating them

First time here, staff lovely but restaurant filthy, every table dirty, floors cobwebs grease, no customers in here other than us so surely time to clean.

If it's fast food you are looking for then this is the place to go, price wise to enjoyed by many and appreciated by the young and old.

Ok this busness advertises a can of drink with there tropicana pack However what they DO NOT tell you the drink WILL cost you extra (FULSE ADVERTISING) on top of this in the last 2 mths they have managed to screw up the order every time except once

This is my local. Although my meal today was fresh, with hot chips perfectly salted. I've had more average meals hence why it only got 3.

This is our go to for take away. Been going here for years and never any problem. Pam one of the main staff members is amazing and a major credit to the business or any other business. Thank you Pam for always making our visits amazing.

Lovely polite lady greeted me as I entered. Dinner arrived quickly and my request to double bag the meal was met. Thank you so much.

This is the best red rooster every time we visit and we are more than happy to drive from Pinjarra just for this red rooster. The staff are great and always get my order right and the chicken is cooked to perfection.

Cold chips dtenched in hot gravy with a tint bit of chicken on top. Yuk.

Which is why i normally drive past the Halks Head restaurant and go to the one on falcon.

Food is ok, service is average unless you get the owners, they are very helpful.
Family members simply wont eat here & want to drive to another store.
We like to get cold chicken rolls for the freezer and they flat out refuse?
The store is old & always looks dirty but im sure its not, just needs a revamp.

Tried to use an offer I recieved today and was denied and told that it was only 10% off not the original offer I came there for. I rechecked the offer and that's not what it said. Feel cheated.
