20231221 just ordered Hot Honey Fried Chicken for delivery. What I actually got was Fried Chicken without Hot Honey

I purchased a chicken wrap for $9.25 and when I opened it it wasn’t even wrapped and I just had a sloppy mess of shredded lettuce and a bit of chicken in front of me spread out on a piece of paper. So disappointed. It looked like it had been just been thrown there.

Red rooster app is an absolute joke. Could not process the payment via the app so I tried to get assistance over the counter. The service staff was not interested in honouring the discount code even though she could clearly see the issue. Sub par app along with sub par service.

Food ok.
Have been served 3 times by very grumpy woman.
Even though right next to my child’s daycare, will not be visiting again as a result.

Do not walk in to order as they prioritise drive through. Did not even serve 2 customers for a few mins. Then I waited while 20 cars left with their food. Finally after 10m I asked where my order was. Answer waiting on a burger. I said so rest of the food is cold. Was told it had been sent back. Consequently food was cold. Drive through lady Pam is really nice efficient and friendly. Unlike the Indian lady who initially ignored walk in customers and then delayed my order and lied about the food not being cold.

Pam at halls head is the nicest sweetest lady I have ever dealt with I would keep her for sure she deserves a pay rise we go there just to see her smiling face

Pam is always a pleasure to see. Even tho the other staff are great, she is next level awesome - thank you for your touching note I only seen it when I got home after a long day!

The customer service was excellent.
The food exceptional, I don't have a bad word to say.
Red Rooster in Hallshead you are special.

I ordered a large tropicana pack, large chips and a rooster roll, paid the appropriate $28.60 only to not have the added chips, receive cold chicken and a smashed rooster roll, thoroughly disappointed with the product service provided and will not be returning further and recommending others do the same.

HALLS HEAD IS GREAT Clean store and good service. MEADOW SPRINGS DONT MATCH AND HAS BEEN A CONCERN FOR ME TO EAT FROM THIS STORE.

Once again missing what I ordered asked for Tropicana as part of the order, assistant repeated back to me.get home no pineapple. Not the first time. I have had this happen so many tines from this store FED UP OF GIVING THIS STORE CHANCE AFTER CHANCE NO MORE

Food was a bit old. I miss getting fresh made. Everything is already made and it's not enjoyable. Couldn't finished half my food. Even the kids didn't like the chips.

While the product is ok. Time after time when I get home there is missing products or wrong items in the bag handed over by staff at the drive through

I recently had a delivery of fried chicken and pineapple fritters from this store. At least one of the stores in Mandurah does fried chicken, as it's better than KFC (check out my reviews of them) and not as crunchifried as Chicken Treat (which I believe is the same owners)

Miss the old Red rooster ripper subs and chicken meals. They have changed not for the better. Please bring them back. They still make the best chips and pineapple fritters

I usually enjoy Reds, but the chicken was too oily for me last time. I would prefer healthier options.

Brought two chicken roll for 9 bucks each.
Chicken was very small, roll was small and only two pieces of chicken. Did expect more.
Manager can afford a nice merc out the front but not average sized food.
My dog even struggled to get thru it.

Service with a smile. Fast, friendly, and considerate staff. Food is above average compared to other fast food places across Perth.

Changing my review to one star. The phone customer service is HORRIBLE. I called for a simple enquiry and not only was she not understanding, but she hung up without saying bye or any sort of follow up.

What we running out of chicken or something? I Ordered a flava wrap and what I got is a pure joke where's the chicken I got two tiny bits that didn't even cover the wrap length.disappointed.
