Can't get an order right to save there life's, worse red rooster I've ever been to, DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you like being fkd around

Almost everything I've ordered from this place so far has been screwed up, tonight it's a ripper box that had no meat, they litterally gave me a fridge cold roll of cheese sauce and bread, I seriously don't understand how this keeps happening but it's getting seriously annoying, $18 for a meal and you don't get half of it! Do not recommend this place at all, would give 1/2 star if I could.

Was very average, pineapple fritters were just thrown in the box and soggy and out of shape and chips not salted. Very disappointing

It took this store months before they brought the crunchy chicken on to their menu. Now I can finally try it while in Mandurah

Food was great but the wait was atrocious, cashier running drive through at the same time as front till who was then replaced by a seemingly junior member of staff who was half wearing a face mask asking advice from someone cooking who whilst giving advice removed face mask in a food prep area. Seemed to be a lot of double handling! But, food was delicious!

Every time I go in I'm always greeted by a friendly service assistant.
I prefer to go in store rather than drive thru because the service is usually quicker, I enjoy the options available on the menu.
This location is one of the cleanest I've been to.

Won't alter the slightest thing ask for a change of sauce they said no also don't sell the parmi because it's "unavailable" even tho it's available at other stores stay clear and just go pk one if you want Red rooster there great up there

Asked if my order was complete in the bag. Was told yes it was. Got home and found wrong order and no drinks. Not great service. Would not recommend.

The chicken is brown not red, I don't know if I would eat there if the chicken was red. Who am I kidding, I'd eat it out of the bin.

Love the Vegetables in family meal but now they are not serving carrots and pumpkin, replacing with extra roast potato.not good.but the sign has not been amended. So feel its false advertising. Twice dissapointed! Will find a new place to get my chicken and veg

Great service great food. We have recently moved from New Zealand to WA and have found some food outlets have shocking customer service, but this Red Roster had great customer service.

My local dirty bird one stop shop. Been here plenty of times and yet to be let down. Super friendly staff and high level of consistency with their product. So bad but so good.

Always great and polite customer service. The food is always served fresh and the hot food HOT as expected. Believe me. I have left other places to find the chips only warm or cool
Being as it was rainy and cold last night (Easter Friday) I felt like hot chips and gravy. So my family opted for the Mega Feast at Red Rooster instead of the seafood we planned to eat. Was very happy and content with our meal.

Service was excellent, store looks a little shabby with outside and inside floor unswept. It was a windy day.

The interior vibe of this place is borderline depressing. Its very empty and sad. But the food tastes good usually as long as your not expecting a healthy 5 star meal.

Took 1 hour for the order to arrive (after stating order would be delivered in 25-35 mins)
Delivery driver Alexia was very friendly and apologetic for the wait
Food was still hot n tasted good

Food is always hot and fresh even in non peak periods. Best chips!
This store is often busy in the late afternoons so it is quicker to walk in and order than go through drive thru. Staff are polite and quick to take your order. Store is clean and tidy. They do home deliveries from this store.

One of the better chains that sell chicken as well as fish and chips. This store h as reasonably fast service

Reasonable Red Rooster. Has a drive through. Not much seating. Staff are a little slow quality of food is reliable. Drive through is prompt.

The food is. Good for a fast food joint and the staff are lovely. Just think the place could be cleaner
