Love hot honey fried chicken, it's not greasy we prefer it over kfc. Their chips and gravy is also pretty good.

The young lady working drive through at 1.30pm today (16th Oct). Excellent customer service skills and communication. Incredibly refreshing to come across someone who steps into their role and delivers. Well done.

Got the wrong order called to fix up and the girl was SO rude and argumentative. Don’t go here, unless you like being spoken to rudely and getting fkd about.

After Tuesday getting food but I came in to redrooter and they replaced one of the meal and funked again I can't have chilli this place is going down hill chips are never cook properly any more

I went thru drive thru, to make my order & next window to pay & receive food, I asked them & question & nothing was too much trouble, hey I know this is there policy to be nice, but it felt extra, extra real to me, the beautiful, young lady gave me a lovely smile! Generally this place is good, but ordered a classic half, which all I got was a box of chips no chicken.bit disappointed

Staff were in a rush. Not good service at the pick up window.

The Indian manager is so rude and has the worst customer service. He should not be a manager! They can’t get an order correct then you ring and he is horrible to deal with.

Red Rooster is always freshly made, the staff is friendly. You wait a bit longer, but it is worth it.

When we ordered dinner yesterday at 6pm (Monday 13 March 2023) the service girl who took our order was extremely bad tempered. She was so rude from the get-go & whilst taking our entire order, you could tell she didn't want to be there. I was honestly taken back by the experience, she yelled at us "WHAT" when she misheard what we said. I almost felt like withdrawing our entire order and heading elsewhere. We previously have always loved getting our Red Rooster meals from you. This girl needs to be pulled aside and taught proper service manners, because you have just lost some loyal customers.

Wish Red Rooster Meadow Springs would get take away orders correct before handing the bag to customers. Sick of getting home and finding items missing even though you've paid for them

The worst red rooster i have ever been to, was over charged for a 3 pc satisfryer meal and only recieved 2 pcs of chicken. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Some Indian looking guy I think was the manager I asked him a question about a burger and he really didn't want to help he was very blunt with an attitude like that he shouldn't be serving the public.

We ordered chicken for a catering function. Thankyou chicken was very tasty, presented, packed and cut perfectly.very much appreciated

Sorry time at drive through was over twenty minutes staff shortage? Kids want their meal asap, food was good

For the last 6 months red rooster has gone down hill. They have run out of chickens 4 times, kept waiting in the drive through for a good 15 minutes. When we order 1/4 chicken and chips with the wing we get legs even though I double check with them they say yes its with the wing and sometimes we dont get any chips at all only the chicken. Hungry Jacks next door is now going to be our takeaway meal.

Absolutely horrible. Two times that we have ordered here, the money got taken out of our account but apparently the restaurant hadnt “received the order”, spending hours on the phone just to get back $30. This happened to us again last night, cant be bothered calling again, $25 lost.
