2: 48 chicken is dried out, looks horrible chips is terrible. Shame on you to charge people money for poor quality food. Especially in the times of today.

Twice we have ordered through the drive-thru here and both times we haven’t gotten all of what we ordered and payed for. One of us ordered a wrap and and soon as we went into the red rooster shop they already had the wrap in hand already made and were ready to give it to us, it was fully made but they didn’t put it in the bag. Rude staff and never fully happy with my experience here. They need to do better.

Copped me a rippa roll the other day and it was hella good.very juicy. 11/10 rippa roll.also got popcorn chicken cause thats lit.

Rude! Been twice in last week or so, once the lad had got down off sitting on food counter he just gave it attitude like I was an inconvenience, told with no apology that they had no fried chicken but it was at least 30 mins before closing? Just back in there again and got same bad attitude. Gave two stars because hopefully the food will be ok, but I’ll drive further next time

Visited to get some delicious chicken was usherd rudely by staff and told not open. Was not even told what time they were open the worker just walked away very arrogant not impressed

The best fast-food restaurant in the area. Both the chicken nuggets and the chips are amazing. I highly recommend this fast-food restaurant.

The worst overcooked chicken I have ever experienced. The manager is rude and talks over you. I threw the entire lot straight in the bin. Never again.

Do not go to this store I got food poisoning on Sunday 30/05/2021 and I got no apology they only offered me 10% discount on my next order. As if I would ever go there again. Avoid at all costs.

Great location, if you need a quick feed and your in the woodvale area and need a quick bite this place wont let you down, nothing to write home about but its a good location over all.

As far as Red Roosters go this place and chicken in spades. They know how to operate a deep fryer and they aren't afraid to use it. Also open on Xmas day so if you need to cater for some large gathering they.have you covered.

Young lady at the booth, couldn't hear our order, kept talking over the top of us when we said there was more we wanted, just kept saying drive forward. Had to shout to be heard.
Not good customer service. Also, the headset looked as it was held together with insulation tape.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. 2 hours before closing time and out of chickens. No new ones in the oven. The MANAGER who served me just looked at me from the kitchen and then begrudgingly came to serve me after quite clearly weighing the pros and cons of doing his job. Then without apology just said "out of chickens" when I asked for a whole chicken. Bad service and out of the thing you should have 2 hours before closing. Yeah no not coming back.
Edit, went to Kingsley chicken treat up the road. And oh what do you know they had chicken.

Not the greatest this time, week overcooked and dry meat, asked for some salt and this was only provided reluctantly, just 2 sachets, hope I don't send them broke.
All these outlets prefer to serve drive through before face to face, even if you have been waiting

Horrible customer service by the manager herself. Totally patronising when I asked for the same value meal deal offered by other red roosters (current) including the red rooster over at the next suburb! Obviously happy to reduce customers WILL NOT be back! So rude!

Ordered a double hellfire burger got a single it cost nearly $20 please check your order before shoving it into bags
And I'll have to do the same from now on

Service extremely slow. Forgot our drinks. More interested in the phone. Food presentation absolute disaster. Chips were cold and small. Not sure what's going on. But you need to lift your game. Alot.

Food was perfect but the service was a bit slow considering the store was quiet. The delay was the chips and while they were freshly cooked which is awesome, it shouldn't have taken 5 minutes.

Best red rooster I've had in a long time. Just load a few more chips in your serves and it'll be spot on!

Slow service, chips are very old. I've been coming to you guys for years and this is such a disappointment.please make a better effort in the future.

Wow! Not one to reaaly rave about a fast food place but today we had prob the best red rooster ever! Thanks guys its nice when every so often fast food is made with a bit of love.
