29Don't bother with this store. Staff try really hard but the owner doesn't schedule enough people on to deal with the volume
Food is always cooked to perfection. Unlike other chicken outlets, this one does not run out of chicken. Some of the Team need some extra training in customer service. I go here three to four times a week and will continue to do so. It is bit of an extra drive but it is worth it.
The food was disgusting threw it in the bin poor service 4 people walked out while we were sitting there the 2 girls that were on left the counter for over 10 mins people yelling out for service i would never go there again
Is it that hard to get an order right? 3 times in the last 2 weeks. All in different ways.
Would probably help if the person taking my order stopped talking over me I guess?
Stop charging people for a ketchup packet! Condiments are a right, not a privilege.
Also, toilets here look like a goat gave birth in them.
Chicken gravy roll, not bad.
Staff need to be taught how to strip a chicken. Had a coleslaw and pulled chicken wrap. Was mostly cartilage and skin even managed a bone or two.
Service is a little slow, food is always good, staff are mostly friendly and store has always been clean.
Drive through can be epically slow.
Possibly the slowest in Perth.
Nobody seems to care.
I don't like my food being prrpsted when the staff are hosing down the kitchen area with chemicals
