Cost cutting on quality of food, ordered 4 tenders box and get 3 tiny bits and one scrapy bit, each tender was cut in half so it was kore like 2.5 tenders not 4… this shop and kalamunda both skimp on quality with tenders. Not impressed, if your tenders are tiny throw in extra bits in.

Absolutely useless can't forfill a order properly without missing somthing might as well employ toddlers my 2 yr old son can count better since the last episode of loading chickens into the boot of a car you haven't gained much ground you are useless 1 star because zero is not a option

Red Rooster has consistent quality and staff are sometimes under pressure, possibly not enough staff.

A bit hot in the shop at lunch time. Took me 15mins waiting time for my 2 pieces meal.somehow the customer came after me got her order earlier than me.

The tenders are so tiny now and coating barely stays on them. Staff were having inappropriate conversations within earshot of customers.

I don't do reviews, but this needs to be recognized. Lady at the drive thru, excellent customer service. Very helpful and patient. Got to the window and her service, still can not be faulted. Bonus due.

An absolutely disgusting level of service and quality of food. These takeaway joints continue to pump up the prices while giving customers less. They give a miserly amount of chicken in their chicken rolls not even worth the 2 for $12 special. The amount of chicken in two is what should be in one rooster roll. You are an absolute joke and so is your attitude. You wouldn't know what customer service was if it bit you on the bum.

Never had to repeatedly correct anybody taking an order so much. Needs a lot more training. Never waited so long in a drive through either.

This place has the worst chips ever, they cook them fresh (apparently) but what you get is soggy and under cooked chips, Ordered quarter chicken and chips asked for salt and pepper, Was told they were out of knives so they chucked in extra napkins so i could eat with my fingers, Chips were soggy and did not get salt and pepper, was on way to work so had no time to complain, will not be back to this store

The service was a bit slow had to wait for awhile needs more staff out front and know what orders to take

Disgraceful!
Ordered a quarter chicken and chips, paid nearly $14 with a drink.

What I got for my money was a half hour wait, a tiny drumstick with a little bit attached to it, definitely not a quarter chicken.

The only reason I went here is because five star kebabs was closed, I could of got better food from the servo next door.

Drive thru is always packed at lunchtime during the week, due to location alot of workers go for lunch. Apart from that a decent red rooster.

They took delivered chicken to a whole new level.probably don’t eat the skin and she will be right.

Should you crave your chicken to be cooked off site and left in a car for god knows how long before you introduce it to your delicate digestive system, then this store is for you! When you don't just want food poisoning, you also want to pay for food poisoning, then this store, is for you.

Worst service ever wrong order even with a receipt argued what was purchased and the size of the meal incorrect clean your head set or your ears. Will not be bringing business here again

Food was good and burger was really nice. Combo deals are very affordable and location is close to the airport and the industrial area in the Forestfield. A good place for logistics workers to have a lunch during their break.

Visiting a very clean and friendly staff.
Their mega meals are quite filling.

I work down the road from here and the only two options for a quick and easy feed is a kebab or red rooster. Each time when opting for red rooster, I am told to wait in the waiting bay for at least 10 minutes when I'm the only customer, taking up a large portion of my lunch break. Chips are usually undercooked too.

Shocking store bypass it at all costs 3 times in the last 3 weeks and they definately couldnt get any of our orders right paid for up sized never got it, asked for crispy chicken burger combo got a nice old cheese burger and onion rings that stale and hard

Disorganised. Poor customer service.
Troubles with till.microwaved my food. Still cold.polite and proffessional to resolve issue.
As much as I have enjoyed Red before. Hmm not sure I will be back.
