39Went to REd Rooster Beldon this morning the staff member was so polite and my order was processed quickly. Quality of food was good.
Absolutely dreadful the poor staff having to work in that heat no air-conditioning and it's been broken for over 12 months absolutely boiling in there
The food is fresh. Chips are very nice. Good alternative when you're not cooking a home made meal.
Time to get the driveway sorted. The height bar hangs low, bent pole. So what is the driveway height. But the Red is good

Ordered 4 chickens 2 weeks ago when we arrived at 12 they were not ready and we were advised to come back at 1330. Arrived back at 1330 no chickens available. Very disappointing.

Absolute awesome customer service, did an online Order for delivery this evening. Received a call saying the food would be delayed but was apologetic. Five minutes later received another call from im assuming the manager and he had called to apologise and offer me chips or dessert as a sorry for the delay, i said i has 4 kids so dessert would go down well. So polite and extremely nice
Food turns up, with the icecreams, open the bag and they added an extra garlic bread

Store service was good. As for hand hygiene it was not so good. We seen many of the staff touch their hair, face and uniforms then food without geling thier hands. No infection control with food handling at all. Maybe the annual hand hygiene course would be of great benefit to all staff.
We were red red ready for some bbq chicken.
Always ask for extra salt on your chips
Great chicken always.good service as well by asking if we wanted to have our whole chicken cut in half or quarters.
This is the cleanest friendliest best run Red Rooster I’ve found and they have table coverings. Like many other fast food places they don’t have booming music so perfect if you have kids with special needs like me.
Slow off the mark on service. Standing, waiting for almost 2 minutes before someone served me. At least the service is consistent, by that I mean just as bad as Melbourne.
Was not the neatest Red Roster I've been to and typical of all public toilets in WA - tge hand dryer didn't work properly.
Delicious food and great service. The bathroom was very clean and tidy like the rest of the resturant.
Tried to grab hunger by the balls ended up almost braking a tooth in still frozen gravy mash balls
Are the staff members trained at all! Like i know its a fast fokd store but my god how many times must i say "coke please" before getting asked again what drink i want.the food is crappy.chips i had way too over salted. (every time) staff there kinda rude at drive thru
