Red Rooster

Just had KFC with my hubby John and we don’t get it much so we do look forward to some chippies and popcorn chicken etc. We usually get it from Butler (as it’s our closest) and after going to Beldon just now … OMG…WOW!
Thank you so much KFC Beldon, we got amazing drive through service and the food was so hot, crispy and my fillet burger didn’t have a soggy base… we had almost given up our little “treat” as Butler KFC was so unbelievably shocking! The service is slow there is no upselling or offering better value, the portion sizes of the buckets are abysmal and it’s usually not crispy or it’s soggy/stale.
We will definitely go back to Beldon next “treat” time.

$40 spent on cold and stale chips, pineapple fritters and chicken both not even lukewarm- had to chuck the whole lot after two bites. Twice previously they have run out of chicken (serious) by 7pm. I don’t want a manager of yours contacting me as it’s over- will never visit another RR again.

Have preferred this Red Rooster over one closer to me, but notice this too is slowly declining in food quality.
I think it's time to start boycotting takeaway fast food chains. The service and quality are poor and nobody cares because they are just kids!

Staff nice, but gave me a potato and gravy instead of just gravy as ordered and the chips were underdone plus only 3/4 full. This place is rarely busy, so I don’t see how these kind of mistakes are being made

Been about several times now and it's just a letdown every time. Really underperforms compared to other Red Roosters and is not up to standard. Stale ingredients and lacklustre chicken.

The building is rundown and unappealing. Quite often in the evening they only turn on half the lights. That should be an indicator to how busy they usually are.

If you want Red Rooster visit any other franchise store.

Didn't have chicken for the red box so offered us chicken wings instead. The wings were tiny and in no way did they make up for not having the chicken. Also I know we got small chips but I wouldve hoped for more than 6 chips. Oh well won't be back cheers.

I lucas barnes have a confession to make sometimes i come to the back of red rooster and julian vlemmix sneaks in some food for me when my belly rumbles its very yummy

The rooster called me here, and I was not dissapointed. Great customer service and exceptional food quality. Would come back 10/10.

Came for some chicken at 10am was told it will be 20 minutes because the fryers are not heated up. How about some preparation people need chook

This place would get more stars but they need to learn to cook their chips and not overcooked there chicken and the people that work there needs to be a lot but I do have to say I like fried chicken

What did they do to the Rippa Roll. Lol. It's shrunk to 2/3 of it's size and instead of proper tenders of old, they have these things anaemic things they are passing off as tenders. Of course the picture on the menu never changes. Won't be back. It's like you're trying to reduce your customer base. Lol

1hr wait for bbq chicken had to buy 6 tenders and 6 chicken nuggets $23.00! Ordered chips didn't receive them and they wanted more $$. How can you justify those prices, never again.

They're OK, but you always have to check your order, specially if you've made a special request because they'll tell you they can accommodate you, take your money and then ignore your request altogether.

Today (12/08/22) I was told the store was out of stock of litterally everything except fried chicken. No rooster rolls, normal chicken, tenders, ect ect

I honestly understand current market conditions are tough, but if no other Red Rooster outlet has reached this point of no stock, it indicates this outlet in particular is being very poorly managed.

On top of this I have previously noticed very poor hygiene practices, in particularly a lack of gloves and hair nets.

Red Rooster as a whole seems to have some really good stores, and some really bad stores. I stick with the brand, but I think they need to monitor stores such as this one to maintain respect with the brand.

They're constantly forgetting items in deliveries, never going to order deliver from here again

Horrible store. Went through the drive thru. Ordered fried chicken, burger and a Flava. After I had paid and was waiting for the food they told me they had no fried chicken or burger buns. They said they could replace the fried chicken with chips… they ended up giving me a rippa instead of the burger and some weird nugget things instead of the fried chicken. The flava was chicken nugget things stuffed into a wrap. The chips were the most stale chips I’ve ever eaten. They should have told me they didn’t have any fried chicken or burger buns before I paid. I would have gone next door to KFC. This is what happens when you have stores run by kids with attitudes.

Worst service ever placed an order and it took 2 hours to arrive phone the shop 2 times and was just told there busy and the food will get here when it gets here absolutely horrible service

One star only because there isn't a 0 Absolutely the worsted red rooster store they stuff up the order then blame me, t didn't have enough the feed the family because they stuffed up and the had the audacity to ask me to bring back the part of the order they got wrong, pathetic excuse for customer service, oh and then they will send a reply on here saying how sorry they are WHAT A CROCK OF S### they made that pretty clear!

Usually a good store, the Beldon store dropped the ball badly this order. I did an online order and then drove to the store after getting confirmation. It was about 10 minutes later that I arrived at the drive through. The online order would not let me select drive-thru pickup and when I reached the window my order was still not in their system. The manager had to put it through manually with the order still sitting on my phone.
On getting home, which is less than 5 mins away, we found the chips to be very under cooked, the chicken was not cut into 8 as requested and the potato and gravy was so lumpy that it would not mix through with the gravy. It tasted so horrible we threw it in the bin.
Not a pleasant experience from start to meal. Sorry guys just giving honest review of our last meal from Beldon. I recommend the Joondalup store.
