I ordered a crispy chicken wrap tasted good when I ate first although left me feeling a bit sick after. Customer service was great. Recommend for good fast food

Frustrating experienve. Struggled to convey to staff what I wanted. Some items were not available despite being on the Menu board

Chips were fresh but the Chicken, cheese and bacon rippa was stone cold. Service was friendly enough. One star each for the chips and friendly staff.

Signs everywhere about COVID19 and cleaning but this place was so dirty. We wanted to sit down, tables dirty, floor dirty, smears all over the glass and no toilet paper. The food was ok, but i wouldn't go back because of the state of the restaurant.

It was mainly the service and curtious staff fresh food and the atmosphere was great by the way yum to the food

Be very wary when buying from this red rooster store as they charge you a surcharge which is normally done on a public holiday.
They charge you this on the Saturday during the public holiday weekend.
Saturday is not classed as a public holiday over the Easter period.
Then once you get home you realise that you only have half a packet of chips as they do not fill their containers.
Overcharging and providing you less than what you’re paying for. Very disappointing that businesses have to scoop to this level.

Food was Red Rooster, what can I say. Very Indian and not very clean. And then the have the fridges locked from the front, they give you the drink from behind.

I went in for dinner and the shop was extremely hot and blindingly bright - the sun was blasting in through the windows. There was no blinds to pull down to make the restaurant more comfortable and the aircon didn't even feel like it was on. By the time I had finished eating, I had sweat running down my back and forehead.
The meal was below average at best, and I didn't even finish it. It looked thrown together and tasted old.
The one staff member I interacted with was friendly but unhelpful.

My husband insists on driving to red rooster to buy chicken even though there is a chicken shop in our suburb. He asks if they have freshly cooked chicken and they usually give us the freshest juiciest chicken.

What part of no mayonnaise on the burger did you not understand.
Ask for no mayonnaise and ended up with double the amount.

Access to and from a bit dubious, but that is more to do with the shopping complex rather than the restaurant. No outdoor seating or children's area, but that is normal for most chicken places. So nothing terribly different, you know the menu and the expectations already.

Wouldn’t accept entertainment book voucher even though they are listed as participating store. Not happy

Worst customer service I have ever received, will definitely be going anywhere else servo food is better

Been here 3 times in my entire life. All 3 times I had to wait minimum of 20 minutes. Staff? Look at you and don't even say hello - just stare at you with big black eyes. Has this place really that run down over time or is it just my luck? Sorry for 1 star, I couldn't pick 0 stars.

Just had chips fully loaded what can I say crapp fully loaded with chicken bones not chicken pieces just bones not good wont be back there not Evan offer off new lot as a senior not happy

Went to collect chicken for function at 11: 30am (It was prebooked) and was not ready to 12: 10pm. They were apologetic however a little disappointed. Food was tasty.

I love it. Food is awesome and isnt busy like mcdonalds. Never looked at my meal and seen anything uncooked or seen that something is missing.

This is not our usual local store but we called in here in a dinner time emergency for the children.and we got speedy and friendly service so that is fantastic

The customer service is great, my chips are always fresh, it’s right across the road from where I work and my chicken is never dry!

This red rooster has a slow customer service. Waiting for taking the order when I was doing the queue with someone else. It's understandable to priorise the drive thru.

It's unacceptable that customers have to ask for table napkin after receiving and checking the meal because they are not a dispenser on tables or store desk to take by your own.
