41 Got 2 specials, ¼chicken and chips for $5 and 10 nuggets for $5. Great deal. Was going through drive though but long line and wasn't moving. Special only had 5 minutes left, finishes at 4pm?
Anywho, parked and went in. Service quick, food fresh.
Says they are open at 9am, when I went there they said “sorry we are closed, opens 10am”. What a waste of time. Fix your hours please. Possibly one of the most retarded things I have ever experienced
Ordered a Kids meal more like a toddler meal. Chicken burger had 2 small tendies instead of chicken burger and a squashed bun. In the bin!
A pretty dismal chicken meal was had. A bbq bacon meal, Luke warm burger and greasey piece of chicken.
Tender, juicy on the inside.
Crispy, well season, savoury on the outside.
I love the hot honey fried chicken, chicken wings buttermilk and chicken tender. Couldn't recommended it high enough.
Been here 8 times now and the 3 most recent were the best. The chicken isn't dry or salty or cold if you go a bit earlier and avoid peak hours.
Kids behind counter are a bit "yeah, I'm kinda busy on my phone". Ran out of chicken when we were there. Tables not cleaned. Otherwise, the experience was excellent
Recently moved into the area and have been taking out from this red rooster and not once i have had any below par service from the team members. The food quality is excellent and they are super consistent for a fast food. Manager Sawan is an exceptional lad who is very organised and has a genuine passion for his customers and his role towards the business.

This place has potentially the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They were awfully slow, the cashier left me mid order and the person in front of me mid order.
An average branch of Red Rooster with average service. Food was quite standard on our last visit.
There's the usual dine in and takeaway options with some parking around the branch, as well as a drive through service.
You need to pay attention to your order being repeated as staff can often misunderstand what you order and get it wrong if you don't repeat and check. They can also at times run out of specific items with no option to wait, and for what's available and considering things are pre-made service isn't fast even when there are no other customers.
Waited 5 minutes while having staff stare at me and talk to each other only getting served when other people walk in than greeted with the rudest customer service, id recommend woodvale store highly more as I enjoy a smile with my purchases not being made to feel like I'm a nuisance instead.
Edit, waited 10 minutes for them to not even call our my order and let other people touch my food.
Chicken strips looked like a dogs breakfast.
Chips re-heated how many times I would hate to imagine.
No straw with drinks, no Aioli sauce.
Waste of money.
Next time will be McDonald’s or KFC.
For the third time they have not provided the gravy I paid for. Did not reply to Facebook msg after second occurrence. Happened a third time, despite me writing please do not forget gravy on the online order! Called restaurant and they said I could pick up the gravy another time. What am I going to do with a gravy by itself? When I complained further I was told they would ask if I could get a refund. However they have not bothered to contact me again.
Ordered a red roast combo and got a roll combo. Went back and exchanged it. I was asked if I wanted roast potatoes or chips in the roast. I said potatoes. Got home, opened the box and I had neither potatoes in my roast.
Food was the worst fast food Ive ever had. Chicken was dry and chips soggy. Was obvious the food was old, never buying here again.
10 minutes for cold chicken and chips. Worst service and would not recommend this place to anyone. No wonder they have a sign in the store saying please do not abuse our staff!

The issue seems to be pretty wide spread through fast food stores which aren't independently owned. Staff want to keep the times low for how long an order takes to be ready, so they make the order disappear and bring it back on the screen. Now they're worrying more about the next order coming up to 3 minutes and in a few cases they don't bring the order back at all.hmm I can see why you need signs saying please don't abuse our staff.
Unfortunately with Red Rooster this needs to be tackled state wide as I personally think it causes far more issues than it does helping improve sales or the speed of service.
Red Rooster hasn't really had any large steps forwards in the industry unlike the competition and unfortunately fails on most attempts to copy. I love Red Rooster and chicken treat but I can foresee a future where you will not be in my life unless things change in store and it has to start from the office.
Average. Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed. I think they're trying, the service is okay but this place is probably never going to be the best option for chicken takeaway. Not first choice.
Sick and tired of ordering food and never receiving it. We call and complain and all we get is “it wasn’t our driver”. Not our fault, you accepted the order and took our money. Will never order from here again.
My Friend and I don't usually have takeaway but decided to have red rooster as a treat. Was so disappointed the chips were cold limp and soggy. The crispy chicken had obviously been precooked and left to sit in it's own grease. The meal when served was cold. When I approached the counter to complain the Manager came out. I tried to explain the problem with my meal and was verbally attacked and told that i had the meal for 10 minutes before I started to eat it. And that's why it was cold. Would never recommend this store the customer service was non existent and the food was disgusting.
Surprisingly tasteless chicken. I almost didn't finish my meal. I won't be ordering here again.
