47Red Rooster Joondalup is a friendly and clean store. We go there now and again to buy lunch and have had a pleasant experience most times. We have had our order made incorrectly a few times, but the staff are always happy to correct this. I do wish they would remember to ask us if we wanted the chicken cut into pieces, as you always drive away wishing you remembered to have it done. I do find the chips to more often than not to be under cooked and I am really not a fan of their gravy at all. All in all a great little chicken shop and one I am happy to recommend.
Food was fresh and hot and the guy who served us was lovely telling us to sit down and he would bring the food over to us
Very slow service, long waiting times with Drive through! 14 minutes with only two cars in Drive through!
Very unorganised and unpoffessional staff took more than 20 min just to make half chicken and chips.not coming back again.

Actual legends. Ordered ubereats and they accidentally gave me a small fries when I had a paid for a large fries, I phoned them up zoey answered and had someone drive to me and deliver the large fries I had originally ordered. Made my day.

Arrived got home 5min away to unsalted hot potatoes couldn't call them chips as there was no crunch you could bend them in half and they wouldn't break

This is my favourite RR store. Everything is always fresh and full, regardless of the time of day I go there, and the customer service is always great. Kudos to the store manager. She is excellent.
Ordered via Menulog, and one of the food items was wrong. Called the store and was met with very friendly and apologetic service. They delivered the missing item very quickly (not just the item, but whole meal), and even provided us with a complimentary ice cream!
They were really lovely to deal with and absolutely made up for the mistake.
The gorgeous lady (blonde hair) who served me and my lil girl.was so sweet when speaking to my 3 year old and actually took the time to lean over and listen to her order was so adorable watching her and the place was clean spotless. The chicken was everything
Ordered online, got a text it take 35 mins to deliver. Called the manager, said it takes another hour. Maybe teach them how to talk politely to customers atleast!
Ordered a classic roast, got home and opened up a box with 3 peices of corn in it! How do you f*#k that up? !
Not very busy when we went here at 1300 hrs, but still all the tables were dirty, a quick wipe over with a damp cloth would have been easy.
The food was a bit on the dry side, but it filled a hole and it was on a voucher.
My husband commented that this was the best bit of chicken he has had from Red Rooster in the two years.
I visited Red rooster several times. I really enjoyed the customer service there. Particularly, one of their staff Greta was so amicable and her customer service was one of the best I had in ages.
Yum was served the best made meal lovely fresh burger with a side of chips, gravy and a chicken stir, it was really tasty and well made I'm very happy with my order today
Undersupplied. Bits missing out of our meals. Ordered 2 large onion rings and got 2 small and 1 only had 3 in it.
The dark haired girl on front counter was the most polite person I have encountered at a fast food restaurant in years, even keeping her cool with an extremely difficult customer. I hope red rooster is paying her well because I would hire her in a heartbeat.
