Atrocious management. Items regularly missing. They refuse refunds from Uber - even when they miss half the order and the other half is inedible.

Roasted chicken is nice, chips are good. Fried chicken was the most dry piece of chicken Perth has ever seen.

Went through on Wednesday, asked for 10 nuggets for $5, when I got to the window the girl said she forgot to put it through so I paid for another pack and then she came back and said she DID actually put it through and if I was have 20 nuggets instead! I just said okay to save time to be honest…
When I looked through the window to see how there were going with my order I saw a bigger gentleman with ginger hair dancing instead of helping the other employees, it looked as though he was eating the food as well… so unprofessional.

Haven't been here for six months and tried coming back again, they still have the same problems as before, never have any fried chicken prepared for customers, they make you wait 15 minutes so they can cook it. Very poor service. I won't be coming back again this time.

On New Years Eve, my family and I decided to visit one of our local beaches here in Perth, so we decided to stop at Red Rooster in Joondalup for some chicken. I was greeted by two lovely young ladies as I stood at the ordering counter. I was served by Olivia and she was very helpful to me. The chicken was absolutely gorgeous! It was so fresh and delicious. We enjoyed our chicken at the beach and were watched by many others who wished they had ordered Red Rooster.we will be back for more.just a gentle note to the Manager of the Joondalup Red Rooster, the inside of the restaurant needs a make over.thank you!

Just went through the drive through. No customers except 1 at counter and 1 car behind me. Sat at the window for 14 mins. Watched 3 girls serving horsing around with each other in plain view. No interest in customers or working! Eventually a guy comes and sees us there waiting. He had to ask what we ordered! At the 15 min mark now order finally comes. 6 piece fried chicken box arrives as box of little wingettes. Stine cold! Burger not wrapped and looks like it was thrown together. Stone cold! Chips stone cold. Guy denies delay and is rude. Call them on phone and told "oh well" next time you come in we will replace the chicken pieces we can't do anything else. Horrible service! Food quality just as bad. Don't go there!

Extra note. Just opened chicken roll. 2 very skinny strands of chicken. Virtually just Mayo! And Stone Cold!

I bought a 6 piece pack of crispy chicken. And to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The chicken must have been sitting in the warmer for a great length of time. It was overcooked and very dry to the point there was no moisture left in it. I very rarely buy takeaway but thought I would use it for 2 meals. I gave 1star for the great service the young lady gave.

I used to work for Red Rooster when I was a teenager and I always have had a degree of affection for the brand. I've gone on to do a business degree and run some businesses since then so I have some personal insights that might be relevant. Unfortunately there are signs that Red Rooster is slowly dying compared to it's fast food peers and it's sad to see.

Little failings at each step of the customer experience add up to an overall poor perception compared with slicker rivals such as KFC and McDonald's.

The basics are the most important to get right is getting the right order and at an acceptable speed. The current drive through speeds are agonisingly slow on occasions. They don't use any waiting bays so slower orders create a domino effect throughout the drive through. People on a half hour lunch break don't want to spend half of it waiting for their order and will go elsewhere faster.

Then accuracy seems to be a consistent problem. The number of times I've had an incorrect order is unacceptably high. Maybe they need a confirmation screen, better headsets and microphones, higher volumes, I'm not entirely sure where the breakdown is but it needs new sets of eyes to fix this problem. The lack of investment in this area compared to McDonald's is telling.

Even little things like having a roof at the drive in microphone so rain doesn't come into your car while trying to place an order with the window down.

This is nothing on the hardworking guys and girls at the coalface, rather it's the managers, heads of departments, back office functions that have failed the front line staff with a lack of investment in tools and innovation to help make their lives easier by examining and fixing the customer experience from top to bottom.

I haven't used the app nor delivery service so I can't comment on that. But from what I can see from other reviews, it also needs a bit of work.

Listening to the customer feedback, fixing and optimising processes to make everyone's lives easier will enhance the experience and it will be rewarded by the golden ticket: consistent, regular and repeat customers.

This is the worst RR! Can never get the order correct, things missing, rude staff (Most especially a girl who I believe is a manager Mikayla) and when you let them know, they basically tell you that you’re lying. Save your money and skip this branch.

90% off orders taken through the drive through section they get wrong. I repeated my order 3 times, get home and no chips! Maybe they don't understand English. Going to Chicken Treat from now on.

Amazing service, I read their name tag, I believe their name read Laura or Lauren. They were great! Super kind, and caring, made sure my order was perfect. And delicious food too!

Enough is enough guys. Spent thousands over time online and since you have entered “doordash” to deliver, orders are wrong and/or incomplete. My orders are to the $40-50 mark every time. Not only that the flayva wrap has changed completely. So quality and service has rapidly gone downhill. It was better left as it was, and in-house delivery. This is the last order from me and removing the red rooster app. The food is OK but used to be better.
