Very disappointing expericence at this store. I ordered two sets of dumb-bells online for pick up and collect. When I went to collect the dumbells, I was given a single box. I asked the shop attendand whether the box contained both sets of dumb-bells and she answered yes. I got home and found out that the box containted only one set. I rang the store to ask about the missing set. I was told that my order had been misplaced and that they could not supply a new set in any Rebel store in Perth. At that point I asked them to give me a refund for the missing set. Their reply was that in order to get my refund, I had to go to a Rebel store in person and collect the refund, even if I had placed my order online. After much insisting on my behalf, they finally agreed to process the refund directly to my credit card. Really poor customer service. The staff did not seem to know what they were doing.

Staff should really advise customers that a “bonus delivery” of a large item is only Store To Door, and that only one man will deliver a 140kg item, and refuse to take away the pallet it came on.
And then if you help the man to move the item, you are then taking responsibility for any damage caused.
The delivery company they used are absolutely shocking with their customer service, they never return calls. Didn’t even phone us before the delivery came which was meant to be in the morning and it didn’t rock up until after 3pm.
Now I’m stuck with a pallet I have no use for,
damaged tiles through my house that are “our fault”, and a very bad experience.

SO EXPENSIVE! But if you can afford it and don't want to get something cheaper for say Kmart it's good stuff. Just expensive as.

Grabbed some body armour compression tops, great product at a great special price also must mention that the girls that serve you at the check our are very courteous and pleasant.

Unhelpful staff for the most part. They advertised a 30% off store wide as they were soon to be relocated however only has clearance stock on the shop floor. Quite deceiving as the range was old, outdated and overpriced. Hopefully there new store will help boost staff morale and remove all the old items.

New shop. Well laid out good lighting. Busy staff. Lots of stock to see and well presented. Get one staff member to say hi and offer a specials pamphlet.

Newly revamped store which is part of the Midland shopping centre regeneration. The store offer a variety of sports gear than one can try out before forking out the big bucks that are synonymous with the shop!

A good array of choices. I went in for a Swiss ball and was able to select from several ones. The price was good at $20 which included a pump. Whilst the young men seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than actually assisting, the young lady at the check out was most helpful. Be interesting to see what the new store will be like.

Customer service. My gosh I'm not sure what has happened but I returned to rebel Midland the other day. And the staff where absolutly incredible. Shopping is hard enough with a toddler but two staff actually interacted with him and talk to him and even gave him a sticked. They showed me the discounts. And where just so wonderful. The best customer service I've ever experienced!
