The managers here are so switched on and helpful. Shout out to Vicky and another female manager who went above and beyond to help me resolve a problem with faulty shoes.

The service for the trainers was good from the staff at the back of the store. However the cashier customers service was awful.wish I hadn't bought in there to be honest

Came in about a week ago and was served by the sweetest young girl Emily. Great product knowledge and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes!

I came in to get a pair of sports shoes, the first girl that approached wasn't very helpful and soon moved on but then I was approached by a young man called Will.having explained that I wanted a shoe for wide feet and good arch support he went out of his way to bring a number of boxes out for me to try and was so patient. Eventually he found some for me but they were a size to big. He then enquired finding my size at the Cannington store. This young salesman is an absoulute credit to the Midland store and displays fantastic customer service skills! Nice again Thankyou he made my shopping experience a positive one and I will definatley be back when I need sports footwear again. Regards Sue Galpin.

Very unprofessional attitude from manager scott who also stunk of cigarette smoke & stormed off infront of others staff and customers when i requested a refund! Brought x2 vouchers under the theory from staff i was able to use these in new zealand when i learnt i couldnt i tried to return. I understand this was lack of miscommunication from obviously junior staff member but the handling and arrogance of the manager then the store manager himself to shug his shoulders was very poor & unprofessional. The one star is for the poor young juniors staff who were left standing there & embrassed by the behaviour of how scott stromed off when i requested the senior boss to assess this situation, otherwise id give this store a -0! Very dissatified with your leadership to your junior staff, its hard time of year your attitudes & lack of offering not even a apology for misinformation could of been handled very differently.

Very impressed with the customer service. Went in for some shoes and darts and the team members were very helpful.

Friendly and non pushy staff. Reasonable prices and frequent specials. Good range. Ticks all the boxes for me.

We got our son some footy boots here. Not a lot of stock for a 5yo. The assistant did bring out bright pink boots that my son flatout refused hahaha

Not far to drive or walk either. This is my favourite store to buy amazing scooters, bikes, shoes, and lots more great quality stuff for you and your kids I would highly recommend this shop for anyone who likes a good item

Good range of products but lots of things out of stock in my size (L). Store is clean and the staff were helpful enough without getting in the way.

Although the lady at the register was nice and polite. I watched a few of your staff play basketball in the store for about 45 minutes before opening at 10: 00am this morning.

They are pretty good. Honoured a sale that had finished but was still advertised which was great because I was only there to use up a gift voucher I was given.
